Located in Waikiki Grand Hotel® across the street from The Honolulu Zoo & Kapiolani Park.
We have a spectacular view of Diamond Head Crater, Kapiolani park, Waikiki Beach, the Pacific Ocean, & beyond.

● Waikiki Grand Hotel Plumbing Construction Notice:
To ensure the long-term comfort of our guests, the Waikiki Grand Hotel will be undergoing vital plumbing improvements from mid-July through late December 2026, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. With no work on Weekends, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas Day. Daytime noise and activity should be expected.
● Please note that our rates have already been significantly discounted for this period, and no additional discounts before, during or after will be given. If you’re planning to spend your daytime relaxing inside the hotel, we recommend checking dates outside this window to ensure you have the best experience possible.
● Since most of the activity occurs during the day, it’s the perfect excuse to spend your 8-to-5 hours exploring the beauty of Waikiki Beach, hiking Diamond Head, or enjoying local excursions!

Beautiful views!!! Really fantastic location and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Dirty and outdated inside. Missing toaster oven which we planned on having and purchased food for (advertised in the listing). There was dust on the bathroom counters and in the kitchen cabinets. There was a leak that went entirely unaddressed and caused a huge puddle right by the bed. Communication with the host was very spotty.

We are glad you enjoyed the views, balcony and excellent Waikiki location. We regret that the interior experience did not meet expectations. The reported maintenance and amenity concerns have been referred to the property team, as advertised items should be available and service requests should receive appropriate attention. The Waikiki Grand was also undergoing a disclosed building project during this period. We appreciate the balanced feedback and have reviewed the communication concerns with our guest-service team.

The room was a spectacular location. Waikiki but hardly any buildings in view! Just nature and ocean and diamond head. This place has an amazing 10th floor with the best view for the money! Both the water and a glorious view of Diamond Head! The table could have been smaller and perhaps a twin bed would have been better than the fold out futon but for the price, its such a great little hidden gem!

Great for a quick visit, close enough to beach and just enough dining choices for a couple days. Was clean enough and had everything needed. Can't beat it for the price.

Bed is uncomfortable furniture in old the noises the toilet bowl is small like a kids toilet.the whole unit need to be renovated. The nine diamond head and the ocean view.

Great Location!

This rental is in an ideal location for a holiday. It is located across from the Honolulu Zoo and just steps away from the beach. We have stayed here before and just love the location.

Although the unit and building is older, the location could not have been better. The view from the balcony was breathtaking of the ocean and diamond head. The bed was very comfortable. It does get a bit noisy but we used a noise cancelling app and earplugs and had no problem sleeping. Would definitely stay there again. Good value for the money

Another great vacation

2nd time I’ve stayed in this location and it was as good as the first, location is perfect with wonderful morning views. Also great location for getting about with most places within walking distance or short bus journey

Location location location

Excellent location and views. The unit is clean, just like the photos and the location and affordability are real winners. Some renovations are due but overall we'd definitely recommend staying here. Oh and the bed was comfortably the best!

The location is excellent and the views from the studio are amazing. The place has a friendly staff and well maintained. Overall experience was good.

Great views, good location, decent room

We enjoyed our stay at the WGH. Only downside, was the street noise. Having the slider closed helped muffle the noise, but it didn't help when you get loud cars and motorcycles going by.

Spent almost 3 weeks in this property and it was fantastic, Breakfast or Evening meals on the Lanai watching Sunrise & Sunset were one of the many highlights. Already planning my next trip to Hawaii and this location

Great stay with awesome views!

We had a wonderful time staying at this nice studio apartment overlooking Diamond Head and the zoo was a bonus! The apartment was just perfect for our honeymoon stay and was very convenient. We had an awesome time exploring all the local tourist attractions and the weather was just perfect! Thank you for sharing your rental with us. We really enjoyed our stay!

A good stay

It's a one-room apartment with a great view to diamond head, the zoo and the beach. We enjoy the view with wine and chips. we need 2 minutes to the beach.

Location location location!

A very cute and comfy studio. It took us maybe two minutes to walk to the beach, the zoo is across the street. This place is central to shopping, restaurants and fun! A beautiful view of diamond head from the lanai every morning while we drank coffee. We’d consider staying again!
