This listing is for Lakefront Lodge #17 - located and managed by the Carmel Beach Private Lodges onsite rental management company. Use of buoy included.

This exceptionally designed lodge offers comfort and luxurious living. Featuring two living room areas as well as front and back patios, you are sure to relax in style. All 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor of this lodge, making this unit ideal for many families.

Upper Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom #1: King Bed with ensuite (tub, walk in shower, double sinks, toilet)
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: Twin Beds x 2
Bathroom: Tub/shower combo, toilet, sink

Main Floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, living room with sofa bed, patio (front and back). Back patio includes covered area and golf putting green.

Main floor: Entrance and bathroom (walk in shower, toilet, sink), garage.

Indoor Gas Fireplace: Relax next to a cozy fire after spending the day on the lake.

Air Conditioning: Each lodge features air conditioning to keep you cool on those hot summer days!

Jetted tubs & rainfall showers: Our spa inspired bathrooms with rainfall showers will maximize your relaxation.

Washer & Dryer: To make your stay even more like home, each lodge comes complete with a washer and dryer unit.

Flat Screen TV & DVD: Though you probably won’t need them, each lodge features a minimum of one flat screen TV + DVD player.

Free Internet Access: Though rustic in theme, all of our lodges include private internet access.

Gourmet Kitchen: Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a stocked kitchen are all features you will find in our kitchens.

Patio & BBQ: Entertain friends and family on a garden patio steps to the lake.

Boat Parking – Buoy Included!: Whether you bring your own boat or rent one during your stay, each lodge has a designated buoy to use for the duration of your reservation at no additional charge! Please note there are no trailers permitted on site.

Exterior Parking: This lodge features a single garage that will accommodate 1 regular sized vehicle. One additional regular or oversized vehicle can be parked outside of the lodge.

No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in this lodge

Non Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted in this lodge

The property is at a very good resort . Second row gives no views but you have use of all the facilities amenities which are fantastic… The aircon needs work as the top floor where bedrooms are located as even when set at 68 top floor doesn’t cool . Dishwasher needs repairs as do toilets. And sleeps 8 is pushing it because the pullout is 10 steps from kitchen . But I guess it’s a bed . And a later checkout would be awesome. Overall it’s a great place for a family of 6 . I’m providing feedback because I feel we paid top price 6500/ week . So expectations are high .

Great vacay

We had a great family vacation. Great weather. Facility was super nice. Great access to our boat. Pool was very warm. Would definitely stay again. 👍

Fantastic home. Great finishes. All the necessities included. Great location

Everything you could ask for. Lake, pool, workout room, table games. Guest services on site. Home was in great condition. Lovely finishes. And all the necessities. Would definitely return.
