Great location, lovely little bungalow and well cared for. Lots of updates to property make it better than most.Only relatively weak spot is the small second bedroom and the fold out couch bed was a bit thin leading to some sore wakeups for our adult kids. Other than that it was exceptional. My only way to improve this amazing house is to recommend a Murphy bed with better mattress for the small bedroom.

Property was on the smaller side but the open kitchen/living area was perfect for keeping my toddlers contained. The access to the beach is so convenient. The view from the patio made for unbelievable sunsets.

Very comfortable and the little touches made a big impression on us! Nice size bath towels, make up mirror, water purifier, and some bigger touches such as outdoor fire pit that really worked, indoor fireplace that worked and was so nice on the cooler evenings, comfortable chairs, and of course the really important things—not having to worry about a few basics like salt and pepper!!!! The ocean view was what caught our eye when deciding on a vacation home—this one does not disappoint!

We rented because of the ocean view and updated look of the property. We only stayed for few days but the kitchen had everything a person would need! Bed was comfortable. Thank you.

Anniversary trip

Phenomenal views. Great location. Great place to relax and recharge while listening to ocean 24/7. I can't imagine a better place to stay.

Amazing place and views

Place was fabulous. The views blew us away every time we walked in to the place or out back to the decks. Nice quiet beach to walk and stone hunting was fun. Would def recommend!

Relaxing cozy cottage feel

Linens were awesome! Great view and neighborhood. Supplies were just what we needed for 3 night stay. Perfect stop for a trip up the coast. Great view. Convenient to dining.

In a word - Serenity

Wonderful property with breathtaking views, there are no words.Property management took care of everything with their pre-arrival instructions.Amazing restaurants within 15 minutes of location.Easy commute to San Diego Airport but you feel like you're a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of life.Looking forward to our next visit.

Wonderful Property....Incredible Location

We thoroughly our stay! The house was in a great location within a short walk to many great restaurants. It was perfect for the two of us and could have accomodated one more very comfortably. We enjoyed the patios and the private stairs to the beach. The views were incredible with amazing sunsets every evening. We are already planning our next trip to this property for next year.

Cute cottage with stellar view!!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here and it's honestly it is such a special place. Open, light and airy with a wall of windows looking out on the ocean. Sunsets and morning dolphins. Everything is very clean, bed is comfy, and it's great to have two bathrooms. Also great to have the double-tiered patio and private access steps to the beach. We will be back! Thank you for this wonderful spot!

Had the most relaxing time ..spending 3 days of winter at the ocean..what a lovely time..the house is wonderful.so beautiful and clean..kitchen was over the top ..home lovely upgraded. 5 stars all the way! Did I mention the view..OMG!

Beautiful property with stunning views

Unbeatable location right on the bluff with private stair access to beach. We had the whole beach to ourselves! The property was meticulously well kept...we had everything we needed and more. We never wanted to leave the house...the 2 patios were the most beautiful spot in Encinitas! Cooking in the kitchen while looking out on the ocean and horizon was heaven. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The Perfect Beach House

Had such a great time hanging with family on the deck and patio. This place is really perfect for quality time with the ones you love. The sound of the ocean, dolphins, pelicans and sunsets. What more do you want. How about a cool town with awesome places to eat drink and be happy. Will be back for sure.

Peaceful Elegance

If you need quiet in your own little slice of beachfront heaven this is it. Private beach. Incredibly quiet. Stairs to beach will be a challenge for older adults but the payoff is spectacular. Sunsets are brilliant. House is great but a little short on towels and other amenities.
