In the heart of the hip casual coastal town of Encinitas and within walking distance to incredible restaurants. Historic Hwy 101 and pristine beaches are only a 2 minute walk away.

This gorgeous home in a high-end neighborhood has recent interior/exterior and tastefully furnished. it is perfect for families and couples. Pet Friendly.

Stairs to the beach are less than 1/2 block away. This home has one of the largest oceanfront entertaining areas on Neptune Avenue.

Enjoy the incredible view on an expansive shaded deck or watch the sunset on lounge chairs and outdoor dining area. The deck features a BBQ Grill, fire pit, lounge chairs, couch, dining table and outdoor shower.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups and families. Our rental agreement and the city of Encinitas have a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before inquiring about the property. This home is located on the 2nd floor. There are two sets of stairs leading to the main entrance of the home.

There is a separate 1 bedroom/1 bath with kitchen, living room and laundry (mother in law apartment) downstairs with it's own private fenced front yard. There are no common areas. This space is currently occupied and not available for rent.

No weddings or receptions are allowed on the property. Maximum number of guests sleeping in home is 6 people for 2 bedroom and 2 people the 1 bedroom downstairs.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful views of the sunsets and water. Walking to great restaurants and cafes. So happy to have our dog with us for the stay.

Holiday Stay in Encinitas

Great outdoor space with plenty of seating, tables, views, sunsets and night skies, all with the comforting warmth of the firepit. The constant sound of waves, pods of dolphins and distant ship traffic made the stay even more memorable. This VRBO had one of the cleanest gas grills that I've seen in years. Walkability score was high with easy access to the Beach and Downtown shopping and restaurants. Finally, Prager Brothers Artisan Bread is a must, but they sell out early.

Spectacular Ocean Views

Beautiful View!

This was our second time staying at this home and again had a wonderful stay! The home is clean and has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The host is very helpful and responds right away. The best part is the view! Your backyard is the ocean with beautiful sunsets. Will come back for a third time!

Great house in Encinitas

Spent about a week with my family of 4 in Encinitas. The view from the house is absolutely amazing. We spent most of the time on the back patio and our dogs loved it! Would definitely recommend and hope to come back.

Sounds of Ocean Waves

Nothing beats sleeping with the slider open, falling asleep to the sounds of ocean waves. Perfect set up for a week of relaxation. Such a fun trip with a terrific home base. The house had everything we needed and the backyard worked perfect for our doodle dogs. Plus the downstairs neighbor couldn’t have been nicer. We can’t forget to mention the location. So close to restaurants, etc. Looking forward to staying again.

Perfect Location. Beautiful Home. Quiet Neighborhood

Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. This is a special place that has been furnished thoughtfully and comfortably. The landscape is serene and the outdoor space is breathtaking. We hope to stay again very soon!

Delighted

What a great spot. House was as advertised. We LOVED the view. Walks on the beach, sitting by the fire pit, sunsets are spectacular, view from the master bedroom is memorable. Kitchen is well appointed. Street parking is easy. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful Stay

We had a very nice stay for our Christmas vacation. The house was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and on our last morning there we saw lots of dolphins swimming right behind the house. It was awesome! The host was very helpful with information if we needed it and had a fast response time. We didn't have any issues with the house. We couldn't figure the TV out at first because there is no cable. It only has streaming capabilities, so we just watch Netflix and Youtube at night. We loved the location because it was close to everything. We rented a car, and it was not a far drive to San Diego. The parking outside the house wasn't a problem and we had a large SUV. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub which I was thrilled because that is what I have at home. It looks very old, and I would imagine it was the original one when the house was built but it worked, and I enjoyed taking hot baths. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Great place with great views

Liked everything. Steps were kinda overwhelming on move in but no ones fault on that. Had everything we need. Bed was cozy in the master. Can’t beat the ocean views and sunsets. Walking distance to almost everything you need.

Dolphins, Sunsets, Amazing view

This property is a very special place. We loved having our coffee on the back patio watching dolphins, surfers, even a fun group of endurance swimmers. The kitchen has everything you need. Peaceful sleep with the sound of the ocean in your bedroom. The owner was very accommodating , kind and easy to get ahold of anytime. We hope to come back soon.

I gave the rating of a 4/5 for the accuracy of the online listing soley because words cannot describe this property. although a two bedroom, the way that the house is laid with the deck and the patio, they place feels very big. Perfect in every way!

Heaven on Earth

The photos did not lie. It was absolutely beautiful. My mom who is 83 sat mostly on the top patio due to Mobility issues. We sat by the fire pit so we could see the white water. The patio furniture was nice and comfortable. We used the barbecue and it worked great. We cooked quite a few meals and this place was the most stocked I have ever seen. We stay on average of 3 vacation rentals per year. Even down to toilet paper paper towels and laundry detergent. They even had magic eraser’s. The beds were incredibly comfortable and being able to lay in bed and watch the ocean was incredible. Our fur babies loved the place. The back yard was completely fenced. There are 3 flights of steps leading to the main house but once you are in the house it’s all one level. The sunsets were amazing and we did get to see dolphins. We walked the beach as access to stone step stairs leading down to the beach is only a few houses away. This home is a 10 out of 10 and we are already Planning our trip for next year as we take my mom to California every year for her birthday. planning our trip for nextaway.

Spectacular View

I cannot say enough about the view. We spent 90% of our time out on the patio watching surfers, seagulls, dolphins, sea lions and even a few whales. The size of the house was perfect for the four of us. The styling and decorations were quite nice. The stocked kitchen, welcome gifts and card were a very personal touch and much appreciated. The house is close to the beach and all the restaurants along the 101. My husband is a cyclist and was easily able to ride each day from this location. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars are that there were a few things that were not working or in need of fixing. Two of the patio chairs were broken. The smaller bedroom door did not latch (my Dad fixed it for you). There was a screw stuck in the disposal that came flying out when we turned it on and by the grace of God did not hurt anyone. While I'm sure it is difficult to keep a house directly on the beach clean at all times, we arrived and had to clean all the kitchen and dining surfaces and the dining room floor as they appeared to have been missed by the cleaning crew that I assumed had been there just before our arrival. Overall, we loved the house and the time you obviously spent trying to anticipate the needs of your guests. My Dad even asked if we could extend our stay, but you had other guests arriving right away. We went to Hawaii last year at this time and we enjoyed your vacation rental even more than Maui! Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us. Please let me know if you ever run last minute discounts for weeks you need to rent out as we're local to Orange County and we can get there quickly.

Amazing view and close to beach access!

This property is amazing! The view is incredible and the beach access is a 2 min walk. It's close to Leucadia and Encinitas restaurants and close to the highway as well. The Prop Manager is very communicative. Highly recommended!

Great vacation spot!

We had an excellent stay at this property. We've stayed in the neighborhood the last 5 years and this was the best spot. The neighborhood is nice with great access to the beach. The deck offers a great view and living space during the day or night. Everything was clean and the kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything we needed to cook. Finally, the owner was attentive and professional before and during our stay. We would definitely return to this house in the future!!

Great place to stay-Fantastic View

Everything clean upon arrival and kitchen well stocked. Stayed for 7 days and everything we needed was there. Will be returning next year!
