Private Oceanfront Vacation Rental at Duke's Malibu

Private beach access, oceanfront patio with grill, parking, private washer/dryer, full kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, wood flooring, Directv and WiFi. Great for families and large groups.
Steps from Duke's Malibu oceanfront dining, 2 miles south of Malibu Pier, 9 miles north of Santa Monica Pier, 2 miles in either direction of public beaches, grocery stores and shopping.
Apartment is professionally cleaned for each visit.
Note: Our apartment is located directly above our Ocean Room which we use for private events. There is the potential for residual noise from this and also the restaurant, PCH, and the ocean.

Incredible Views, Great Location

Really enjoyed our stay in Malibu. We had two families comfortably stay here. Spacious, clean, and a very convenient location in Malibu. Communication/process/etc. were all A+. Thanks to Jimmy and the rest of the Duke's crew!

Hiking/adventure trip

Our host could not have been more gracious and inviting. The restaurant below was outstanding, which enhanced the location. It was very spacious, even larger than expected. The views from the deck up and down Malibu were fabulous.

Location location location

Spacious apartment home with a true 180 ocean front location and view. Our family of 7 had a great time with hikes at nearby beach/mountain trailheads, sunsets, hanging out and most importantly, having dinner together from what is a massive and well equipped kitchen. The unit is a bit worn out but an amazing value given the price point for what is a giant ocean front property.

This property is amazing! The apartment is huge, the location is great. Communication with the managers are on point. I loved everything about this place.

Perfect stay above the wedding venue

Several members of our family stayed in the property which was ideally located for our nephew's wedding at Duke's. The home was spotless, any questions were quickly responded to and the furnishings were very comfortable.

Spacious and Comfortable

Perfect place to accommodate extended family members. Plenty of privacy and well-stocked, spacious kitchen. The ocean views make the place quite special and memorable.

Perfect host and magic pacific ocean view !

All was as expected for our stay. Host was very responsive and the check-in & check-out process was very clear. Also, a lot of parking space was available. Highly recommanded !

Mother of groom

We were a party of 8 staying here for my sons rehearsal dinner at Dukes . Doesn’t get more convenient if you are hosting an even at Dukes! From the first communication to check out, it was great! The location is beautiful? Fun beach decor, spacious common area and well stocked kitchen. The deck is great for morning coffee or evening wine. Dolphins cruised by daily which is always fun to see . Could use an umbrella as there is no shade. Bedrooms are nice and all beds, including twins were extremely comfortable. Twin bedroom gets traffic noise from pch but not bad with fans on. Master bedroom is spacious and beautiful views of ocean and can listen to waves crashing in rocks. Makes for a great nights sleep. We had an issue with hot water on the first day. We contacted Jimmy and he immediately addressed the issue, had plumber out there and the problem was fixed!! I would stay here again and would definitely recommend it!

Ocean front

We rented this apartment because of its proximity to my daughter’s wedding. It was perfect for her and her bridesmaids. Jimmy was a wonderful host. We would love to come back!

Perfect Wedding Weekend Getaway

We stayed here the weekend of our wedding (which was also at Duke's) and this was the perfect place! It's much larger than you think it is, it has a fully functional kitchen, and the bedrooms are amazing and comfortable. I was worried when I saw there wasn't AC, but you really don't need it when the windows are open. The hardest part about staying here was leaving to go home on Sunday morning and giving up the incredible view.

Prime location and super spacious

Could not have picked a better stay, it’s located in a prime spot and you even have your own private beach. It’s so spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and plenty of living room space. Jimmy was so personable and easy to chat with and made the process even better. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great stay at Duke's Malibu Apartment

We stayed here for our daughter's wedding with several family members. If anything, the pictures may not do it justice, because I would say the apartment is bigger than I thought it was. The views cannot be beat. It is also pretty cool to see dolphins and seals from the deck. There are binoculars to help you see them. I was a little concerned about the noise from PCH, but it was not an issue at all. The ocean provides the "white noise" to cancel that. Also, we received a voucher for the Duke's restaurant, along with a bottle of bubbly when we checked in. Very nice. We didn't cook while we were there, but the kitchen seemed to be pretty well stocked. My daughter, along with a number of other women in the wedding, plus my wife and her sister, all had their hair/makeup done on the day of the wedding. The size of the apartment was easily able to accommodate this. All in all, we had a great stay here, and can certainly recommend it highly.

Super spacious right on the water

Great place! Super spacious, very clean, comfy beds, patio right over the water, great views, and fit with all the amenities!! Although we didn’t cook much, it had everything we would have needed to do so! Dukes being right next door we took advantage of that convenience. We would definitely stay here again!

a great place over the water

This is a great big place right over the water. Kitchen supplies are a little sparse but you will be next door to a very good restaurant and are unlikely to do a lot of cooking anyway. There is a meeting room downstairs which stayed busy but did not really affect anything. There is the potential for some traffic noise and noise from downstairs music, but neither bothered us in any way. Parking and check in process excellent. We were very happy with the place, thought it was a good value, and would stay there again. I give it 5 stars

Our location is ideal: private beach access to Carbon Beach (one of the most exclusive private access beaches in Malibu), just a couple miles in either direction of public beaches including Malibu Pier and Santa Monica Pier, plus just steps away from Duke's Malibu oceanfront dining.
