Enjoy a fantastic coastal getaway in this beautiful villa, designed for comfort and luxury. The spacious great room is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy amazing ocean views. Head outside to the deck for a fun outdoor meal using the barbecue grill. The bedrooms are all about relaxation: the main suite has a king-size bed, its own private bathroom, and fantastic ocean views. Bedroom 2 has a comfy queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 is great for families, with twin beds and an extra pull-out bed. Bedroom 4 offers a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a handy kitchenette. You'll find smart TVs throughout the villa for entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Stay active with the exercise equipment. Just a friendly reminder to only flush toilet paper to help take care of the septic system.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. You'll also have access to the walkway leading directly to the beach. Enjoy the convenience of free parking, with two private spots available and additional street parking options.

Malibu is best explored by car, and our home provides plenty of parking with two private spots and additional street parking. Public transportation is limited, but ride-sharing services are readily available. For those looking to explore the area on foot, you’ll find several hiking trails and beach access points within walking distance. Whether you’re heading to a local restaurant or planning a day trip to Los Angeles, getting around is easy and convenient from our centrally located home.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome for an extra fee. Optional daily cleaning is available upon request. Please note there is no air conditioning, but the ocean breeze ensures a naturally cool environment.
