Please Note: The Palm Villas pool will be closed for repairs on May 4th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Fortunately, there are many other great swimming spots on the island for you to enjoy.

Additionally, the Palm Villas pool is scheduled for a longer-term repair requiring a full month of closure. The HOA is currently planning this work to take place sometime between mid-September and the end of October 2025. We will share updates as soon as we receive confirmation on the exact dates.

About Our Unit
Palm Villas I-2 is located on the ground-level of a six-plex building in the back of the complex, making it perfect for both couples or families with children. The lush, tropical landscaping adds both privacy and shade while plentiful windows allow for natural light and cross-breezes. Along with the breeze, ceiling fans in each room help to keep the condo nice and cool – central air conditioning is also available as needed. The nine-foot ceilings make the unit feel especially spacious. With approximately 1,100 square feet of living space and two bedrooms, the unit comfortably sleeps up to five guests.

The generous main bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, en-suite bathroom with double sinks, separate shower and soaking tub, TV, and direct access to the lanai. No need to bring a hair dryer as one can be found in the master bath.

The second bedroom features one full and one twin size bed, a large closet, and TV. Views of the beautifully landscaped property and lava rock can be seen out of this room’s two large windows.

The second bathroom is located just off the dining room and features a large granite vanity and a combination shower/tub.

The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops with top of the line stainless steel appliances including a wine fridge. The kitchen includes everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The adjacent indoor dining area provides seating for four.

The washer/dryer combo is conveniently located off of the kitchen.

The living room provides comfortable seating for four.

Just off the living room, the lanai boasts an impressive outdoor kitchen including granite counter tops, designer cabinets, a wet-sink and built-in grill with seating for four. The lanai is located just steps from the pool.

The garage is located directly in front of the unit entrance - inside you will find everything you need for a day out including beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, coolers, and umbrellas.

About the Location

The Palm Villas is a gated, 44-unit complex preferentially located within the Mauna Lani Resort, steps from the Mauna Lani Spa and Tennis Club. Just outside the gates you can walk on a paved path through a preserve featuring scenic views, lava tubes, and ancient Hawaiian fish ponds.

As a guest of the Palm Villas, you will have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. Beach Club access includes excellent snorkeling, chaise lounges, restrooms and showers. Private beach parking is also available for guests. Paddle boards, kayaks, and other large beach equipment are available for rent. The beach club also features the Napua restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily.

For the avid golfer, the Mauna Lani Resort features two championship golf courses as well as a short course totaling 45 holes.

The Shops at Mauna Lani feature several restaurants including Tommy Bahama and Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, among others. Gourmet groceries are available at Foodland. Several other specialty stores are also available for your shopping needs.

The Big Island has something to offer everyone – whether you would like to relax on a black sand beach, visit Volcano National Park, sip Kona coffee at one of the farms overlooking the ocean, go for a swim with wild dolphins or watch whales playing close to shore in the winter months.
