Very nice, newly remodeled 1 bedroom with a California King bed. Granite Countertops, travertine tile, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge with ice maker. Fully furnished with dishes and cookware. Gorgeous walk in travertine shower. Your home away from home. Centrally located for easy access to all your vacation activities.

Part of a historical complex of houses. Orange tree right outside you bedroom door. Outdoor seating in a lovely courtyard. Memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room for comfortable extra sleeping area. Fast wifi, cable with HBO and Showtime, and a smart TV so you can watch you Netflix in style. Full private unit with it's own separate entrance, kitchen, bath.

We are a non-smoking and pet free home to help create an allergy free space. So please, do not book if you have a pet. We ask to be notified ahead of time if you have a service animal. Because we try to be allergen free, we will want to cover the sofa.

Great central location

We were never more than 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Everything we needed was available, shaving cream, q tips, shampoo and conditioner. The hotels don't hold a candle to what you get for the price.

Lovely guest house stay

We were back to this wonderful spot for a second time. The home is perfect for our small family- clean, well appointed, plenty of everything you need. Can’t wait for our 3rd time!!

Tucson Getaway

We had a wonderful time visiting friends during the middle of monsoon season. This house was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the cozy space. It was central to our needs and felt like home. If we needed anything, the owners were just a text/phone call away.

Great casita with excellent property management. Exceptionally clean and well-stocked. Plates, glasses, towels, etc. are new. Clear instructions about what's expected, how to use the television and a/c. The property is in a residential neighbor and there aren't restaurants or shops to walk to, but if you have a car it's no problem because it's centrally located. Megan, the owner, was very responsive to requests. I would certainly stay there again!

What a great place!

Nice and quaint casita

The property had every amenities we needed, more than we expected. The orange trees off the spacious terrace smelled heavenly. Megan checked frequently to ensure all was fine. We recommend this property.

Pleasant stay in the casita with fresh oranges

Megan keeps her casita very clean and well stocked. It was central to everything we needed. Lots of options for TV channels which was great because it rained one day. Barrio brewery is a must. Ice maker and dishwasher was nice to have. We will be back.

Tucson 1 week stay

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Central location and close to areas we were looking for...golf, hiking and biking. Megan kept us well informed. Great time in Tucson.

Perfect stay in Tucson

I come every year for the Gem shows and have stayed at a few different places. This VRBO rental was by far the very best place in terms of location comfort and wonderful hosts! The bed was so comfortable and the updated shower was exquisite. The outdoor space was beautiful with a peekaboo view of the mountains and the inside was super clean and a perfect manageable size. Parking right out front was a dream. Thank you so much for an awesome stay in one of my favorite towns. Hope to be back next year.

Lovely casita

We stayed in the casita for two weeks and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Megan was available whenever we needed her and she was invisible when we didn’t need her. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tucson.

Tucson 4 day stay

This was a great place for my husband and my stay in Tucson. It had everthing we needed and the location was convenient in a quiet neighborhood. It is exactly as advertised and Megan answered questions promptly. We would definitely stay again when in Tucson.

Visiting Grandson

Small, but everything you need. Bed was comfortable and TV had cable, which we appreciate as we aren't techy enough for Roku, Hulu, etc. It was lovely to sit out on the patio and enjoy the December Tucson sun. The casita is close to everything you might need.

Very Clean

My husband and I were here for a few days and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the casita. First it was super clean. I have an eye for dirt and I couldn’t find anything that was dirty.. The house was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and it was great that you could adjust the temperature in each of the rooms. The shower was robust with lots of hot water. We reached out to the owner during the stay and she was immediately responsive and resolved the issue. The reason I gave four stars to the accuracy of the online description is that I did not consider the place luxurious. Having said that, it was highly comfortable and very satisfactory. We will stay there again!

Updated, clean and central location

Megan was super accommodating, easily reached and responded quickly to questions. Her place was exactly as listed. Comfortable for two people and fully stocked for cooking. Patio area was a plus and we were able to BBQ two evenings during our stay!

Quiet and relaxing casita

This treasure in the desert had exactly what we desire: location, privacy, quietude, comfortability, and most importantly, cleanliness. The attention to detail and explicit instruction on electronics were VERY appreciated. We look forward to returning to Megan's property in the future!

Cozy Clean Comfortable Coach House

We really enjoyed our stay! We came for the University of Arizona family weekend. The place is clean and lovely and in a great neighborhood. Megan is friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. I will definitely book again!

We bought this property and restored it to its glory. We live on site in the middle of the main building that's behind you.

This is an oddity. Because it was built when this was considered way out of town and Tucson eventually built itself around it, it seems out of place. You will see why when you get here. There are 4 units on the property, 3 are attached and include the main house totaling 5,000 square feet surround by normal sized 1,000 square foot homes within the neighborhood. Your comfy home away from home is just over 650 sq. ft. but each foot is well utilized.
