This Private Southwestern Casita comes with complete kitchenette, new bathroom, Large room with Queen Bed, Living/Bedroom with a New Sofa Bed for extra Guests or Relaxation Time, as well as Dining Room Table with Setting for 4. The Guest Casita just oozes with charm & is split up into two spaces ( both sides yours of course to use !!The casita is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay in Tucson !

Amenities: This Casita is Fully Solar - with Central A/C and Heat, kitchenette, Refrigerator, Free Wifi, washer, dryer ( clothes line too ), iron & ironing board, pots and pans, sheets & towels, silverware, blender, toaster, microwave, and Beach Cruisers.

Guest Access
Guest have access to the entire house, and everything in it along with bikes, best back yard, and off street parking where you’ll enter the casita through the iron gate.

Interaction with Guests.

We enjoy privacy when we travel, so unless you reach out to us with questions, we will happily leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If you need us, we're happy to share our knowledge of the neighborhood and help you find whatever you need in Tucson.

Very nice, clean and well furnished casita in a quiet neighborhood. My home was being redone for nine days and I needed a place that would accommodate 2 dogs. It was perfect with a fenced yard and quiet streets I could walk them. There was a laundry room and a sitting room in addition to the bedroom and small kitchen. Shower was great and the double bed was comfortable. The AC worked perfectly.

The porch and yard were wonderful. We enjoyed a variety of chairs and tables and beautiful southwest plants. It was a peaceful and relaxing space.

Enjoyed my second stay at the Casita. Lovely accommodation with private garden in a quiet neighborhood for long walks. Good location for access to Sabino Canyon, downtown and art galleries.Had a water issue but Taylor responded and repaired promptly.

The house was very clean, with a comfortable queen size bed and good pillows. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, including coffee for the coffee maker. The wifi worked well. The house is located back off the street, it was very quiet and felt safe. The host frequently contacted me to see if we had any needs.

Beautiful casita. Yard with lots of cacti and desert plants. Beautifully remodeled but retaining an old southwest feel. Great air conditioning quiet and effective. We slept great. A nice little neighborhood close to busy streets. The house was quiet even though we had easy street access to travel to most of the places we wanted to visit. Definite visit include Kitt peak Nat observatory, Kartchner caverns, Saguaro NP, Desert Museum. Hosts were very helpful on questions and help when needed.

The host was kind and helpful. The location was perfect for hiking East and West. Sweet home. We cooked a lot at the casita. Very accomodating for our hiking adventures.

The home was very attractive, inviting and clean. The location was very convenient for visiting sights in the area. The garden was lovely. The lighting inside was great, as were the amenities. It was very tastefully decorated and a perfect base for our stay. Hosts were very responsive and attentive! We had a great time. Would definitely return if visiting the area again.

Wonderful casita for a couple. It was clean, well equipped with the little kitchen perfect for making breakfast to be enjoyed outdoor in the little cactus garden. The living room area with a door is great if one of you is a night owl and the other likes to go to sleep early. Nice area, just far away from the busy street that takes you everywhere in Tucson to be quiet but still perfectly walkable. Highly recommend Tito and Pep restaurant just around the corner. Amazing food. We would certainly look to book again if we find ourself in the area.

We had such a wonderful stay at this casita! After living in Arizona for 11 years and recently moving to Georgia, this trip gave us the chance to rediscover Tucson. The location was perfect—we enjoyed the Gaslight Theatre, Roadies, several beautiful hikes, runs, shopping, amazing local coffee shops and restaurants, and everything was just a short drive away.The casita was incredibly clean, spacious, and well supplied with everything my two boys and I needed. We loved being able to cook meals, and the backyard was such a peaceful place to relax—especially while watching one of Tucson’s summer storms roll through. The home was quiet, comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home.As a mom traveling alone with my kids, I especially appreciated how safe we felt. Taylor was incredibly responsive, checked in on us throughout our stay, and made us feel well taken care of.A fun bonus was getting to enjoy Fourth of July fireworks from the property, which made our trip even more memorable.We couldn’t have asked for a better home base for our Tucson visit. When we return, we’ll absolutely stay at one of Taylor and Yuko’s rentals again. You won’t be disappointed!

Taylor - I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. I love to travel and am very friendly and personable and enjoy meeting new people from all over the United States and beyond. With that said, hosting is something I enjoy very much :)

Yuko - Born and raised in Japan until Junior High, went to High school and college in Tucson Az. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:)

This is the adjacent property to my private home, which has another casita behind it that we use as a vacation rental. So if this one isn't open, inquire about the other. With that said, We absolutely LOVE the neighborhood. You can't get any more centrally located to EVERYTHING to do in Tucson ! Close to U OF A, hiking golf, great restaurants, parks, botanical gardens, malls, downtown entertainment etc, while located in a well established quiet neighborhood that was built out in 1940's.
