Central Bright Airy Flat
Lovely bright and airy 2 bedroom flat very central with a 4 min walk to Brighton Pier and the North Lanes where you will find many pubs and restaurants.Equally close to shows at the Dome and Royal Pavilion. Another 4 minutes and you will find yourself in Brighton's central shopping hub. Sleeps 8 with the option of a guest bed for a maximum of 9 in total.There are also computer tables in both bedrooms so Ideal for families, friends or business travellers. Parking permits are available on request.
A lovely airy , bright flat that stays warm in winter and cool in summer. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including dinnerware for entertaining and fridge freezer so that you can make the most of having a special time if eating in.
The washing machine is available and if you want to wash clothes please ask and a clothes horse will be provided to dry clothes. For those travelling with children the kitchen has a number of child safety lock features.
Entrance to the flat is via the car park just on the junction of John street and Albion Hill.
It is possible to self check in due to smart locks and key safes but I will attempt to attend all check ins.
The accommodation offers the facility of street parking outside the car park, where available, or in surrounding streets. Guest permits can be bought so please enquire if that is important to you. On street parking is free from 8pm in the evenings to 9am the next morning.
Please arrival and depart quietly from the accommodation .We ask you to be considerate to the neighbours at all times of the day and excessive noise will lead to cancellation of your stay.
The accommodation is strictly a non smoking flat, and we ask is that the accommodation should be vacated and given back in the condition found. Failure to do so may result in further charges being applied as the cleaning charge is for bedding and for reasonable cleaning of the accommodation.
Breakages and damage must be reported when they occur and will be deducted from your deposit.
