Old Town Scottsdale! Welcome baseball fans and weather chasers! Extremely convenient location to all that Scottsdale has to offer! 5 minutes from entertainment district and all the pool parties and shopping, 5 minutes to the new aquarium and old west museum, 10 minutes to the zoo, and within 10 minutes to the water park or fancy resorts. 10 minutes from airport. Plenty of beds for the big group.

Work groups, Bachelor/Bachelor parties, Family vacations, Reunions, Traveling Nurses.

Living room and Patio equipped with a 55" Smart TV with streaming access, as well as a 48" TV in room 2. Comfortable couches with a Queen pull out bed. Dining room with a table and ample seating for 8. Outdoor Dining that can seat just as many. Newly remodeled pool and pool deck. Barbecue, outdoor fire pit, diving pool, cornhole, ring toss are all part of what makes this backyard an entertainment center. Large kitchen with all the amenities/appliances. Patio and pool furniture. New fire pit sitting on top of new patio pavers. Total of 13 beds including the pull out couch and 2 air mattresses.

There are games for family fun, such as Catch Phrase and Yahtzee. Outdoor games as well, such as cornhole, ring toss, and a basketball hoop.

Scottsdale's greenbelt runs near the property. This long expanse of park-like amenities runs from Tempe through Scottsdale, and is great for biking, volleyball, running, golf, Frisbee golf, football etc. Scottsdale's best dining and shopping is not even a 5 minute uber ride or 10 minute bike ride.

There is a shopping center within a mile with a grocery store, pharmacy, and several dining options

Scottsdale's newest thing are public scooters. Scooters are on random streets in the neighborhood. They rent for $1/hr and do not have to be returned to any specific location. Riding scooters is very popular and a fun way to get around.
The Scottsdale Trolley has routes through this neighborhood as well and will bring you anywhere in the old town area.
Uber and Lyft of course are always at your disposal.

Great spacious shared living room/dining room. Pool area was a fun bonus! Our family had good, shared, sleeping space. Here for a family wedding, so nice that we could all stay together. Thank you!

Easy check in and perfect home for my large family. The outside tv spoiled us all. The kids loved the pool and all the toys. We left Google for the next guests. My only suggestion would be to bring a pizza cutter and sunscreen.

Super convient

The host was amazing—very friendly and great with communication. The house was spacious, open, and super convenient. We used it for a bridal shower and bachelorette weekend, and the host was incredibly accommodating. While the floors and a few areas could have been cleaned a bit better, overall, we had a great experience with no major complaints.

Great Visit!

Family of 10 went for my graduation at GCU, we were able to have a relaxing place to hangout before and after our visit. The house was a relaxing alternative to a hotel were we’d be crammed in. Plenty of space for the kids to chill and enjoy time and personal space. Thank

Great place!

We hosted a birthday weekend at this property for my husband. There was swimming, eating, boardgames, video games and all manner of nerdiness. The house was clean, easy to find and access and outfitted throughly. There were more than enough beds, linens and dishes. The dog approved. We were able to use fire sticks, consoles and wifi with no issues. No hidden costs and fines. Thanks so much!!

Phoenix Golf Trip

Nice house. Only issue was no lamps in the bedrooms due to the numerous beds. Bedroom shower was broken but Rhett fixed it 5he next day.

Property and house worked well for 14. Plenty of space. Location to Old Scottsdale was great. Nice backyard. Minor issues included unheated pool, closet doors not on track, shower/tub switch needs instructions, showers drain slow. Overall very good. Would recommend to others.

Senior Golf Vacation

Rhet's place was perfect for our annual golfing stay. Everything was as advertised, and communication with Rhet was easy. Will definitely seek stay here again in the future!

Birthday/reunion stay

We had a wonderful time. The house was nice. Having to swim around the hose to the pool sweeper was inconvenient, but made due. Being monsoon weather, we understood the necessity of it to keep the pool clean.

Great for Large Groups

Looked like the picture and was a great neighborhood. More cleaning in the bathroom/showers, fridge and bedrooms would be recommended for future guests. Non-slip mats in the bathrooms should be considered for future guests as multiple guest almost slipped while getting the shower. Overall, our family was very happy with this location. Everyone loved the pool and outdoor space!

Spring Training & Golf!

Went with 6 other guys for a golf trip + Spring Training. Was a perfect set up for us. Used fresh lemons from the tree in the backyard to make Gin & Tonics, the pool was great for morning cood plunges (early March) and the location was nice and close to Old Scottsdale for dinner, Cubs park and the airport is not far either. Tons of beds which is a great setup for our crew. We cooked dinner night one and the patio grill and kitchen served us very well. Listing is accurate, great spot.

We had a large group of people and were easily accommodated in this house. The space was very clean, nice, and close to Old Town. Rhet was very responsive and a great host. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location and perfect for groups

The house is a short ride from Old Town Scottsdale. The house has plenty of amenities and was clean upon arrival. There are plenty of beds for a large group so it was perfect for us!

Location Location Location

We needed a house that slept 8-10 adults located on the east side of Scottsdale. This house met the criteria. With only two bathrooms, it was a bit tricky to manage access - but we survived. We spent most of our time away from the house. Overall - Very Good Choice.

Family time

Great home for large group of people. We enjoyed the beautiful home. I would give 5 stars although the beds were horribly loud. Any minute body movement aside from moving your arms, the bed makes loud noises. Otherwise, the home is great!

Great for Bachelor Parties and Large Groups

Good house close to fun spots in Scottsdale. Stayed here with a group of 11 guys and had a great time exploring scottsdale. Pool in the back and plenty of beds to sleep the group. Would recommend.

Great home and great location

We were two families traveling together with a total of 5 kids (ages 8-16). This home worked perfectly for our group where each couple had their own private room and then we had a room for the boys and a room for the girls where everyone had their own room. The pool was an added bonus with it being so hot during the time we were in Scottsdale and we ending up spending most of the day out back relaxing before going into town later in the afternoon and evening. The ease of check in and check out was great, communication with the owner was easy and the location of the home to the downtown area was very convenient Thank you for letting us rent your lovely home! It was the perfect start to our 2 week vacay where we are on the move every few days.
