The apartment was very outdated looks like the furniture was from a thrift store It did not really bother me but I do think the owner should actually put some money into the unit , first night the sink in the kitchen was spraying literally everywhere I contacted the host and he fixed it immediately the next day I was sleeping and asked not to be disturbed and they did just that I did not even know they where in there , the property is on the Third floor so be mindful of that , I also extended my stay and the host was extremely accommodating, it’s located very very close to the strip which was great for me , my stay was good I would stay again most definitely

I have rented this apt multiple times. This unit is nicely furnished and very quiet. Love that it is in a gated community and safe.

Was okay!

Stay was ok! Wish that it was disclosed that property was on 3rd floor with no elevator! Not minutes away from strip as it stated in the property details. You will have to drive or take ride share. Bring your own washcloths and a light for the bedroom. The unit also had a moldy smell when we arrived.

No elevator, wasn't aware, also 3 floors up, with 100# of luggage it was a trek. Was hard to find where to find room at first, other than bldg number no real guidance. Coffee maker should be tossed, does not operate correctly, also filters wrong style and the coffee instant. Pictures show nice set up, like coffee and tea available. Not so. Also Pictures show decor nicer, it wasn't quite like photos and deck cushions faded, not a big deal but place is misrepresented . Tub makes noise when standing, not installed properly, fridge not level same issue. Small bed way more comfortable than large bed, all pillows are very flat if you like flat pillows. No real curtains in bedroom, so bring sleeping mask unless you want to be awake at 6:30am. Conversely lights are dim in the evening, all lamps in bedroom and some lamps are just strange to use for most part, the switch is on the cord by outlet, and flimsy. No hand towels, just 2 little washcloths and a few bathtowels. The little things add up, I can overlook some things but overall a bit disappointed. At least I felt safe with guard and fencing etc. Nice view of Rio atleast.

Convenient stay.

Enjoyed stay, convenient to Rio where my husband was involved in pool tournament. He wishes that the fact that this was a 3rd floor apart with no elevator had been mentioned in the write up. Also there were 3 lights that did not work in the apartment that for convenience sake should be looked at. Overall good stay.

Nice spot

Enjoyed the stay here. As too I wasn’t actually there too much but I had to work 3 out of the 8 days. The apartment being on the 3rd floor makes it a horrible spot to be in when sun rises in morning even with air own there are no fans in the apt so we woke up sweating every morning because the sun beams directly on this unit no trees for shade corner unit. Also bring ur own rags and towels I also bought toilet pAper sponges and bleach to clean with. There is a washer and dryer but the lady downstairs stopped us to tell us to put something under the unit because it’s very loud to her. But there was nothing there for me to put under it so idk but we did use it to wash sheets and blanket. Also the second bed in bedroom is a twin even tho it looks like it could of been a full in pic. Also did not like for the grand I paid for that I didn’t get access to pool saying due to COVID but residence did. But over all outside of maybe providing some basic necessities like a few bottles of water and maybe not so cheap supplies like the hand soap it was a good stay. Also the living room furniture is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. And my cousin feel off because the couch comes apart if u don’t pay attention to where u sit.

A hidden gem

The entire apartment complex is very clean, as was our actual apartment. There are plenty of spaces; if you're driving there, parking is not an issue at all. The A/C in our apartment would not stay on &/or get the rooms cool, but the weather was absolutely perfect, so we kept the sliding screen door open & that worked very well. I would definitely stay here again & will be recommending my friends & family to book here.

Get what you pay for

Partner had to sleep on couch because large bed was broken and the speaker on the TV is messed up but otherwise a nice clean place.

Convenient for the strip

Reasonably priced and only 20 mins walk to the strip. Safe area, good shower, comfy bed and strip view from the balcony.
