Great location - close to the strip. Easy access to everything. Felt safe on the property after dark. Had everything we needed and spacious for two couples to enjoy a get away in Vegas. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

This property was a great place to stay close to everything we wanted to go to. It has all that's needed for a weekend stay. We didn't use the pool but saw that it would be a great spot if we had. Would recommend for anyone!

This place was just as good as it looks. It's perfect for 2 couples or maybe a family with 2 kids. You really are about 10 minutes from the Strip. When i had a question, the owner was very quick with a response. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

BEST PLACE TO STAY IN VEGAS

We loved the convenience of this condo. Thank you so much for the SUPER SOFT towels, sheets and toilet paper!!!!! It means so much! We could also see the Vegas lights from our unit. Also, we enjoyed taking an Uber to the Strip at night so we didn't have the hassle of parking. Definitely recommend!

The beds were so comfortable we all sleep so good. This place had a lot to offer. Location was great! Didn’t use the pool, gym, or clubhouse. Hosts were great to interact with.

Just what we needed

Cute place with a great location! Both rooms have king size beds, so no need to fight over rooms. All your basics are there. It’s on the 3rd floor, so pack light!

Peaceful Stay

The unit overall was very peaceful.. no noise from the neighbors or outside.The unit was clean.They had fans for each room.Ac blew strong in the front area, room was warm at night, bed was good with fluff pillows.The pool and hot tub was a great feature.Being on the third floor was a hard walk at first but by time I was leaving I got used to it..The unit is close to the freeway and the Las Vegas strip.Walgreens and some eatery's down the street..Not a bad area over all.. felt safe with a security shack in the front to let guest in and out.Communication with the owners was a smooth process.Thank you for letting us stay in your unit.It was a great pleasant, peaceful Stay Thanks

Convenient location

Place was in a perfect place. Any time we needed anything, communication with the property manager was prompt. Ran the dishwasher multiple times and did laundry there, everything worked perfect. We were playing in a pool tournament at the Rio so the location was perfect

Had a great time with old friends. Property was clean and comfortable. Las Vegas Blvd and the airport were close and easily accessible with Uber.

Would stay here again

Great place. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Perfect for our visit. We came for pur daughters volleyball tournament. Only an 11 minute drive to the convention center. Was able to get early check in and late check out.

Great place to call "Home Base"

We traveled to Vegas for a short stay to see The Eagles at the Sphere. We just needed a place to call home base because we were not going to spend a lot of time there. The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and quiet. Both rooms were good size. Master bedroom had a nice bathroom and other bedroom was roomy. Both beds were very comfortable. Guest bath was good. Really good water pressure in the showers. Nice clean kitchen and appliances. Had a nice coffee maker as well.Felt very secure because there is an entry gate with security personnel. You must have a pass to gain entry. This was all described in the check in procedures. It is too cold in January but the pool area looked very nice. You are within walking distance of The Palms, Rio, and GoldCoast, but I believe there is a shuttle as well. Walgreens is a short distance away. We had a car so always drove. You are right off of Flamingo avenue so an easy Uber or drive to Las Vegas Blvd. We would stay here again.

Was okay

There were things that were dirty and the sliding door is so hard to open and the air is incredibly loud but it was a place to stay and in an easy location.

Last Minute Convention Booking

Very happy this property was available while most hotels were booked out with not only a large convention but also the Rodeo in town. Clean. Close. Clear communication from property manager. Worth the money and a quick Uber/Taxi ride.
