Enjoy a relaxing weekend or weeknight staycation at our newly renovated and farmhouse chic vacation rental. This two bedroom and one and a half bath house is located with easy access to two major highways (281 & 1604) and plenty of amenities including grocery stores, shopping, a movie theater, ice skating, miniature golf and more! In a quiet established neighborhood lined with large oak trees, you and your loved ones can relax and enjoy a nature walk in the neighborhood park, play a round of tennis or even shoot some hoops. There are scenic views which often include loving neighborhood deer grazing in the nearby lawns. From the 280 sq. ft. air conditioned screen porch, you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee and bird watch or relax with a glass of wine following a day out and about in the lovely San Antonio and surrounding hill country.

The property is located 6.4 miles (10 minute drive) from the San Antonio International Airport, and 14 miles from downtown San Antonio (20 minute drive) which boasts many attractions such as the river walk, Alamo, Pearl district and nearby San Antonio Zoo, gardens and museums. To the west, you can visit Fiesta Texas (11 miles), La Cantera Shopping Mall, and Sea World (23 miles).

What's not to like about this house! Lovely house in a lovely neighborhood with deer roaming the neighborhood! My dogs appreciated the oversized yard and room to roam in the house. Will definitely stay there again on my next visit to San Antonio!

Way better than I expected. Pictures doesn't do it justice. Bigger than I thought. Clean. Great neighborhood. Personalized welcome board was waiting for us. Owner is phone call away if needed and reponsive. Very classy. Had code to get in (check in), no intrusive owner in anyway like some places. Everything about this stay, can't say enough. Peaceful, dogs loved the yard. I'd 100% rent again.

Stayed here for a week with my wife and we loved it! Very nice spot in a great location for venturing around San Antonio. Well equipped kitchen was great to have for meals. Cathy and Kevin were awesome hosts and extremely response with correcting a minor issue we had, can’t recommend enough!

Awesome for a family

We sadly got in later than planned on our first day but being greeted by all the deer in the neighborhood was so much fun! We LOVED seeing them everywhere. The house was perfect for our little family we spent most of our day out and about and it’s easily located to get around. Very much saved this listing for our next trip to SA!

This was our second visit and it was as good as the first. Clean attractive home, quiet neighborhood. Great fenced back yard. Love the sunroom. Deer are a bonus. It was close to our family we visited and convenient to anything you might need. Will surely stay again.

Perfect family home

We loved staying here! It was the perfect size for our small family, and we really appreciated being able to bring our pups! The sunroom was a favorite hangout spot for us all with plenty of games and puzzles for little ones. The deer visiting in the morning was amazing too!

Another great stay

This is my third stay-love the location and quiet neighborhood. Home is very cozy and has everything you could need. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will absolutely stay again!

Spring fling in San Antonio

The house was very comfortable and clean. Loved having all the board games to play. Our dogs loved the large fenced backyard. Location of house seemed very central to everything. The only negative was all the freeway construction and traffic.Thanks

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood

Our family (2 adults, 1 child, and 3 dogs) stayed here during our recent trip to San Antonio. The home was beautiful and charming with a great sun room and a spacious, fenced-in yard. The home is in a central (and safe) location. We loved seeing the deer walking through the neighborhood in the evening.Will definitely try to stay here the next time we come in town!

Just what we needed

The house is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and comes equipped with everything a traveler could need. Large fenced yard was great for our dog. Neighborhood is quiet, wooded and nice for walking. The sunroom was a real treat with morning and evening viewing of the deer. Easy access to shopping and loop 1604. We will happily stay there again.

Great stay

This was a great spot. The house was super cute and the neighborhood was charming. Very close to shops, an HEB and restaurants. We were able to easily get to Sea world (25 minites), the Alamo/riverwalk (15 minutes) and Fiesta Texas (15 minutes). Big bacyard for our dog to play fetch in.

Perfect for a family with pets

Our family came to visit the beautiful city of San Antonio and needed to bring our dogs with us. This was our first time travelling with the WHOLE family, and we had a wonderful experience. The house was perfect for the needs of our family and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The proximity was also a plus, as we had short drives to wherever we wanted to go each day. We HIGHLY recommend this cozy, cute home if you have a family and fur babies!

Great location, safe, cozy

2nd time booking this place. I stayed last year and this year had guests in town and put them here. Being able to park in the garage is a huge plus. Location is central, super safe. Host is responsive and the house is cozy and guests slept great. Will stay again in the future and will keep it in mind for my future guests when we need more room.

Cozy, Clean & Dog Friendly

The host is so very kind and accommodating with amazing communication! Listing exactly how described. The location was perfect centralized around anything you might need within a mile (Shops, H‑E‑B grocery store, coffee, Petco, chain restaurants and so much more.) Gorgeous backyard, had plenty of bedding, extra blankets & towels. Kitchen had all cookware you would have at home & the coffee bar was our fav part (as we are very big coffee fans!) The home was very clean & neighborhood was quiet & safe. Easy check in & easy/reasonable check out rules. I am relocating and needed somewhere to stay that I could venture out different parts of San Antonio & this was the absolute perfect location. Would most def stay here again or recommend to others. All around a really good experience! Thank you for hosting us!
