1. Daily Resort Fee $8.00 USD Per Day charged by the resort at check-out.
2. Quintana Roo Municipal Government charges an Environment Sanitation Fee Per Guest, Per Day in the amount of approx. $1.50 USD (28.86 MX Pesos) for beach maintenance and preservation, and is also charged by the resort at check-out.

The resort charges will vary by reservation based on nights booked, room size, number of guests and daily currency fluctuations of the MX Peso. For example, an average stay of 5 nights for 6 guests would be approximately $20 USD/night, $100 for the 5 night stay.

Unfortunately, to comply with VRBO's policy to have all resort fees charged at the time of booking, we must now charge guests an up front Property Fee of $20 per night to cover the fees that will be charged by the resort at check-out. The Property Fee will be refunded back to guests within 24-48 hours after check-in to apply to the actual fees charged by the resort at check-out.
