Very quaint cabin in an excellent location on the lake. We experienced several issues while at the cabin and our host Sarah was quick to respond and address the issues. We look forward to returning next year. If you are looking for a rustic cabin in the woods on a lake away from the craziness going on in this world, then this is the place for you. Sarah the host is wonderful and quick to meet your needs.

It was a great camp on a beautiful lake with loons and a well-equipped kitchen. Because it is unheated, we don't recommend staying there when it gets cold at night. The heating blanket is helpful, but the other rooms get very cold. Small portable heater is helpful when showering in the bathroom. The TV keeps cycling back on after powering off. But the ROKU TV choices are very good.

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. We stayed a week and had plans to go to a few places but it was so nice we decided to stay right there. The pedal boat was great and the view & loons.

Pond Oasis - Take a step back

I love staying at the cottage! Kayaking and swimming on the pond are the best. Meals on the porch and relaxing on the dock in the sun are favorites.

Renewing Stay

Wonderful stay. Just perfect. The property was immaculately clean. The loon calls were delightful. Lots of sunfish for the kids to catch and release right off the dock.

Loved this cottage - and enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is everything and more than what shows in the photos. Would definitely return if there is opportunity to.

Peaceful Retreat

We had a great stay even though the weather wasnt the best. Just sitting listening to the loons was wonderful. Thank goodness for the electric blankets we needed them. There is one small electric heater & we could have used another. Already booked the last week of September & can hardly wait.

Donna, I'll order another heater. One can never have too many! We also have a fireplace that warms up the living room nicely! Glad you'll be returning!

Welcoming

Sarah is a wonderful host. When I arrived I realized i had forgotten a critical piece of gear and needed it to be sent overnight. Sarah sprung into action and saved the day. The cottage itself is rich with history and provides a welcoming rustic charm. It is right on the water with two docks and wonderful views. This is my fourth visit and I hope to have many more.

Last bit of summer

There are many aspects of this spot on the pond that are wonderful - the history of the home, the original interior and the porch... but my favorite is just hanging out on the dock in the warm sun with a book and the view.
