Cozy, colorful and sparkling, this cottage sits steps away from a peaceful cove with a sandy beach, perfect for all swimmers. A raft beckons, and a canoe and 2 kayaks await you. The gently wooded lot is near the end of a private road, bordered by conservation land. The sun sets across the lake, and loons swim by daily. This property is smoke free, and there is a 'no pet' policy in consideration of the neighbors. Travellers need to provide their linens.

Lovely small cottage right on the lake, nicely isolated from neighbors with woods on both sides, swimming just steps from the porch. Swim, kayak, canoe (both provided), jogging, walking, biking all right there. Close also to other quaint NH and Maine locations and activities.

Cute cottage right on the water. The water is very clean and I spent a lot of time swimming and floating around in the water. Owner has kayaks and canoe that you can use. Very relaxing vacation .

Wonderful Vacation

Such a beautiful place for our vacation. The cottage is steps from the beach, nicely decorated and comfortable for our stay. Judy was welcoming and available while at the same time, respectful of our privacy. We hope to be back next year.

Relaxing Vacation on the Lake

My family and I had a wonderful time at the property all week. The house and location was exactly as advertised, and was in good shape. The lake was great, and the beach access was ideal for my 2 children. We would come back again.

The view and the water were 100%. The house was not that clean. The host was very kind and very helpful.lots of great pillows and spreads. Location was great. Loved the little Thai restaurant near by. Too bad it didn’t have washer/dryer.

The swimming was great.It had a nice Sandy beach and plenty of room to get some sun

The cottage was as nice as it looked in the pictures.It was comfortable and clean.The deck was wonderful.It was quite private and had everything we needed.The owner,Judy,was so nice.It was a pleasure to meet her.My sister and I had a great week,and hope to return next year

Peaceful little Getaway

As always Judy never stops a beat and amazes us with her hospitality and kindness. We enjoyed our most recent stay at the cottage. Everything we needed was there again this year including lots of fans for the super hot days we had. On the days we had rain and storms we had games, puzzles and movies to keep us busy! We enjoyed yet again our stay at the cottage and look forward to returning again next year!

Cabin on Milton Pond

This is the ideal spot to relax and recharge. The cabin is very private, decorated, furnished and supplied wonderfully with kitchen, bath and bedding necessities. The beach area and the view can't be beat. Canoe and kayaks are ready and the water is literally 20 steps from the door. Day trips to Portland or Winnipesaukee are easy and there are some good eats nearby. We enjoyed visiting with Judy upon arrival and getting some background on the area. Don't pass this over - it's a great couples getaway!

The owner Judy, who lives next-door was the most gracious host. The cottage was everything I expected plus. The beach in water were amazing. I would highly recommend this property to anybody. One thing to remember linens are not provided. So make sure you bring sheets and bath linens.

Great Escape!!

My stay at this cozy cottage was great! You can’t get closer to the water than this which is super clean! Even though the weather was not the best, I enjoyed swimming and my early morning coffee on the private deck watching the loons swim by. The cottage was adorable and had everything you would need to make a great vacation. The owner, Judy, was so nice and helpful. I enjoyed the talks we had and hearing about the history of the cottage. I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Judy.

Just as Great as before.

Judy never ceases to amaze us! Always very welcoming and gives you the space you need although we would chat with the her any time of the day! We enjoy it. Again the cottage was a great getaway from the normal everyday grind. We enjoyed fishing, very quiet nights and days listening to many loons and the waves crashing. Then sun sets were amazing this time around. Thank you again for everything! Can’t wait to come back!
