This condo is marvelously decorated and features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, TV's in both bedrooms as well as the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. From the spacious private balcony you will have an amazing view of the marsh and ocean. This condo is only 2 short blocks from beach and ½ mile to Barefoot Landing. This unit comfortable accommodates 6 with 1 king & 2 fulls.

The Ocean Marsh complex is located at 502 48th Avenue in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. This luxury unit has spectacular views of the ocean and marsh which is abound with wildlife. You can sit in your unit and watch the hawks, Egrets and Heron fishing for their supper. For your enjoyment there is an outdoor pool, Jacuzzi and kiddie pool. This condo is marvelously decorated with granite kitchen counter tops, a large balcony, as well as tile & carpeted floors. This unit has TV's in every bedroom. Review

Our overall impression of the property with regards to location, price, and amenities is very favorable. There were a few creature comforts that we found unfavorable. The water in the shower in the bedroom with the queen beds does not drain properly allowing water to stand in the shower. The shower head in the king bedroom could not be adjusted for a relaxing shower. It could not be aimed to allow the spray to be aimed low. There were no spare toilet tissue in the bathroom or spare paper towels in the kitchen. I,d rather have them and not need them than need them and not have them. The pillow in the chair in the family sitting area was excessively soiled.

Family getaway

The villa was clean, well appointed and in a great location . The pictures were exactly like the listing . My family loved the location too. The only thing that was a minor disappointment was the master shower . It was very small with a shower head that was inflexible . Other than that this was superb . Thanks again .

Family Vacation 2023

This was a family vacation for us, we have a party of 12, but only my husband and I stayed at Ocean marsh we had a great time, it was Dated to me,the furniture needed to be cleaned a little bit more, it was dusty, Elevator scared me a couple times but they fixed it. With that many people occupying property you would’ve thought the pool would’ve been bigger. screen door was not attached when we got there, but I did send an email and someone did come to repair it. The master bedroom shower was a little rough, my husband called it a sandblaster. He ended up taking a shower in the other bathroom. Other than that everything was great.

Great but rainy stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was in great shape, well stocked for cooking and very quiet. My only complaint is that the floors made our feet very dirty. The pool was so nice and empty most of the time and we enjoyed watching all the wildlife around us. There was also ample parking and the elevators were fast. The beach was close enough to walk to (like two blocks down the sidewalk) if you wish, although it is by a big resort and kind of busy. I will also say check in was very easy and the people were so friendly!!

3 golfers for an annual golf trip. Condo was exactly as listed, very clean and well stocked.. Elevator with luggage carts were very helpful. Will definitely stay again

Awesome Place to Stay

Condo is very well kept, Extra Clean, tastefully decorated, comfy beds. Well stocked with anything you may need. Location is wonderful by shopping,restaurants,drug stores,grocery stores. We plan on staying again when in Myrtle Beach

I truly enjoyed the stay, the condo was great, it was clean, Kitchen well equipped, location was peaceful, the only thing I would recommend is fixing the master bath shower head, water pressure is great but shower head is aimed upwards which is great for someone tall , i almost drowned during my first shower lol. I would stay at this Condo again.

Very nice

the overall stay was very enjoyable and the beach and shops are definitely within walking distance. Our only complaint is the check in process to get keys was horrible.
