Great location. Pool very nice to come back to after exploring the island. Pool water very clean but could use some tile repair.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time at this amazing property! Thank you Kevin for being a great host! The pool was fantastic resort style luxury! Loved having a full kitchen my husband made us a beautiful dinner for our anniversary and everything we needed was there. Definitely enjoyed ourselves and will hopefully be back sooner than later. Much love God Bless!

The location was perfect, the pool was amazing, Kevin (host) answered all questions and responded promptly, but the best part were his cats! Definitely recommend!

Host Kevin is great, super responsive to our questions and requests. Salt water pool was a great bonus. If you like to fish you could cast a net off the dock for mullet and crabs and there was a cleaning station. Convenient location for the beach, fishing, and local restaurants. Ample kitchenware for all your meal prep and serving was provided. If this location is available book it.

Absolutely incredible! I am not the type to leave reviews and I almost don't want to because I don't want this amazing place getting out there! Absolutely the best place on the island...very clean...inspirational decor, and fabulous communication! The host goes above and beyond! We had a super incredible experience and definitely plan to come back as soon as feasible. Infinite stars!!!!!!! Thank you!

Kevin is an amazing host! This property is so unique and FUN! It has everything you need from a beachy vibe with a gorgeous pool, spa, and fire pit to a golf cart and a boat dock. We will be back again and again!

Kevin provides a spot right off the bay and only a golf cart trip to the beach! We absolutely fell in love with this area and appreciated all the amenities/convenience that this space provided us.

This was a quaint and comfortable apartment and the host, Kevin, was very welcoming. The kitchen lacked a few things (coffee, colander, corkscrew), but we made do. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it's lovely and very unique.

The property is amazing. Very lovely apartment style space. The owner Kevin is awesome. We loved the pool, the hot tub, and the best part was fishing off the dock. We used the paddle board and a kayak to look around the canal. My favorite activity was petting the kitties. This is the perfect place as its not too far from the beach, the restaurants, stores, and shops of the island.

Host was very friendly. We loved the peace and quiet of the area, nice bed, and bedding. The set up is spacious and tidy. They could provide more mugs and a broom and dust pan. The hot tub was not very clean which was quite disappointing for the price!

Cozy island option - boat dock was a plus

We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats!

Recent Stay

The inside was overall excellent. It was comfortable and clean (inside). BUT the outside was terrible stuff scattered everywhere, no kayaks like advertised, and bicycles were worn out couldn't even ride one of them. Pretty disappointed. In addition, dogs kept us awake until 2:30 in the morning NOT a good night the first night. The owner refunded half of my first nights stay which should have been a full refund on the whole night, but such as life.

Thank you for your feedback. I work hard to keep the apartment clean and neat and I'm glad you noticed and appreciated this. I apologize for the dogs. We had this conversation on the phone and it seemed like you were satisfied with a 50% refund for the noise disturbance. I had to travel that day and the dogs stayed outside much later until I returned home, so this was definitely out of the norm. You indicated on the phone that there was no noise the second day. As for the kayaks and bicycles, I am at a loss. There are three kayaks on the property, one of which is clearly visible from the door of the apartment and another one stays at the side of the dock, ready to go. I wish you had reached out to me and asked. The bicycles have both worked fine for me and other guests since your stay..? But I will certainly take a look and see if there is an issue with either of them. I'm sorry for your experience, it is clearly an exception to the rule, but I do take it seriously and will try to improve the things you took issue with. I'd love for you to return (at a discounted rate) so I can make it up to you. Thanks! Kevin

We had a wonderful stay here. Kevin(host) was available for any questions or needs we had. It was quiet and peaceful, which was what we needed. We will book again for sure!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Kevin(the host) was extremely hospitable & told us if we needed anything, just ask. Our place was so nice & just right for my husband & I. We had a kitchen, dining area, living room with tv, bedroom with tv, & bathroom. The pool was a hit with us & our extended family that were staying down the street. All in all it was a very relaxing & great trip. We will definitely rent from Kevin next year.

Perfect for fishing trip!

If you're looking for a brand new, squeaky clean property with a chef's kitchen this is not the one, but if you're looking for a comfortable and reasonable place to stay and fish, with a dock and a terrific host you've found it!
