Looking for a fabulous beach getaway in a fantastic location?
This is a family and dog-friendly townhouse in the 300 Ocean Mile, a beach-side community located on the east end of the island, adjacent to the St. George Island State Park.
Only steps away from St George Island's fabulous beach, this wonderful location offers the best of the Forgotten Coast. Relax and enjoy the gorgeous views from the balconies, and the access to community charcoal grills, a picnic area with tables and loungers and two community swimming pools. The townhouse is a short drive from the centre of town, within walking distance of the State Park, and close to the Island bike path, where you can explore the length of the island on foot or by bicycle.

Wow! We loved our stay! We’ve been coming to St. George for about 27 years and this was our first condo experience. Maria’s place was the best stocked we’ve ever stayed in with lots of space. We brought our beach chairs and gear but will bring nothing next time! Plenty of beach gear. Maria also was a great communicator! She checked in several times to make sure our stay was going well. Book this property! You won’t regret it!

Location was great! Easy walk to beach. There’s nice beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas & other gear available. The pool is nice and updated. Very dog friendly area- waste disposal station. The condo was nice and comfortable! Well decorated. The host is quick to respond and very friendly! We absolutely loved it here!

Lovely property with a real homey vibe. Everything we need and more. Super close to the beach literally a walk down the boardwalk. Not too close to the main area and visitor center, so not a lot of action. Easy going and fun vibe

Ocean views and laid back days! Our teens and dogs had a great time as well. The unit had everything we needed and the host was easy to work with. We will be back!

Property was very pet friendly. Facilities were great. Maria is a superb host. She promptly replied to my questions when booking and after checking in. The whole experience was worry free.

Excellent Host and Property

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Maria was excellent about communicating quickly and helping us feel welcome! We loved the location, with easy access to both the pool and the beach.

Beautiful Beach House

This beach house is huge! Three spacious bedrooms and three bathroom. We were steps from the beach-and the place was so clean and comfortable!

Beautiful Beach location

This is my second vacation in this home. It is very comfortable and great layout for friends or family of five. It is in a great location and easy access to beach. I would definitely recommend.

Paradise Found!

This condo was perfect for our family. With a gulf/bay view and just a few steps from the pool, well equipped kitchen, plenty of space for our party of 6 adults and 1 child, and a property manager (Maria) who handled every need in a very timely fashion, we had an awesome vacation!

We had a great time staying at this condo! Maria was wonderful. She answered every question I had quickly and asked if things were to our liking from the very beginning. The beach Items they keep there were very handy and we didn't need to take up space packing them in our car bringing our own.

Lovely Home & Hosts

Our family of 4 stayed over fall break and had a wonderful time. The house was clean and spacious and an easy walk to the pool and beach. The host went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and we will be back!

St. George Island Paradise

Awesome experience! Maria was very responsive! We had everything we needed. We had to travel lite, having the beach chairs and other accessories accessible was much appreciated.

Great 1st visit in SGI

We had a great trip and really enjoyed the peaceful serenity of St George Island. The condo was nice, updated and had everything we needed! Maria was a pleasure to work with and very prompt with her replies. Definitely hope to stay here again!

Wonderful week

This was our second stay at this property. Once again, it was 10/10! Great location and the host was very responsive when we had a little problem with one of the appliances.
