-This spacious villa is located at Villa La Estancia, located on Medano Beach and about a 15 minute walk into downtown Cabo. It doesn't get better than this!!!!
-Enjoy this beautiful "Newly Remodeled"-2 bedroom/3 full bath located in the center of the complex with views from every room!
- Let your personal concierge arrange dinner reservations, excursions, or shop for groceries! (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
Two BR Villas offer an A side (Master suite and living area) and B side (Guest suite). The 2 sides share a common terrace overlooking the pool & the Sea of Cortez.
* Larger villas and penthouses have individualized floor plans.
* Family room and bedrooms have TV’s.
Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser
There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables.

Beautiful view, and very confortable unit. We spend a few days in march and had an amazing and relaxing time. Owner is terrific and very easy to communicate with/ plan with. It was our second time booking with Jane. Highly recommended!

Awesome property and great unit. We’ve stayed at Villa several times, and it was top notch as usual. Just plan on a trip to the grocery store ( Walmart or Costco) for supplies. Than you can enjoy the beautiful kitchen and

Just wanted to review our stay! Amazing in all ways. The unit is incredible with a fabulous view and the attention to detail by the owner was unmatched right from the start handmade with margaritas and guac within minutes of our arrival. Fabulous stay! I 100% recommend this place!

Everything about this stay was amazing. We have stayed here multiple times and every day it feels better than the time before. I absolutely love this resort and everything it offers.

Everything was Great!
First time in Cabo and we will definitely go back. The resort had everything we needed. Beautiful condo with amazing views.

Fantastic views!
We had a great time at La Estancia and definitely enjoyed staying at this villa! This villa had a wonderful patio with the most beautiful views! Will definitely stay here again!

Villa La Estancia never disappoints.
We have stayed several times, 2501 has an unbelievable view of lands end. Thank you Cabo rentals by Jane for another great stay.

The pool was clean, spacious and plenty of lounge chairs. Staff was attentive and friendly. We were able to go in the ocean, but the vendors on the beach were constantly trying to sell us services. The villa was clean and spacious with very good A/C. The water pressure in the showers and WiFi were weak and could use upgrades. Great location to shops and restaurants. Easy to get Ubers and taxis.

Absolutely beautiful place and view!
Loved our stay here. The view is just incredible. The rooms clean and elegant, lots of space. On check in we were served homemade guacamole, salsa and margarita in our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing stay!
I’ve stayed at villa estancia before and this was by FAR the best rental! The view is amazing because you can see the all of the arches and the balcony is huge. Jane was responsive and amazing - will be back!

Beautiful property!
Stayed 5 wonderful nights and would highly recommend. Great location and gorgeous resort. Good restaurants and easy access to town. Loved the pools and hot tub. And the staff were top notch! Don’t hesitate to rent this unit - the welcome amenities of margaritas and homemade guacamole were an unexpected nice touch!

Great Trip
First time using VRBO. Property was perfect in all aspects. So much better than getting 2 hotel rooms and more cost-effective. Staff was so nice and helpful. Would definitely return.
