Villa La Estancia is a luxury five star hotel-condo resort consisting of 158 privately-owned villas, perfectly located directly on Medano Beach, just a ten-minute walk from the marina and downtown area of Cabo San Lucas. It’s the center piece of a three resort complex with Villa Del Palmar to the east and Villa De Los Arcos to the west. The sister resorts are time-share properties while Villa La Estancia is a deeded ownership resort. Together they provide you an incredible vacation experience with 5 star accommodations and privacy at your home resort and extensive dining and recreation options available between the resorts.

Our 2 bedroom, three full bath villa is truly your luxury home away from home.

The Villa is designed so it can be rented to one or two families of up to 8 people comfortably. A split entry gives way to the living area of the villa and the in-suite guest room.

The rear of the open floor plan living area features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There a stacked washer and dryer for your use off the side of the kitchen and a full walk in pantry. The dining table seats six comfortably with additional seating at the kitchen bar.

A comfortable living area gives way to the massive balcony patio with a large stone table for 8, BBQ, a couple of heavenly chaise lounges and a small bar area with sink and mini fridge. We chose this particular unit because it had the largest patio area available.

Cellular reception is great in Cabo and throughout the condo. Internet is reliable and fast enough for work or online learning. Both the master and guest room have desks in case you do need to get some work done.

The master bedroom is more of like a master suite, featuring a king size bed with updated mattress, side seating area and slider out to the balcony. An adjoining master jetted tub spa bathroom with walk in travertine shower completes the master suite. The guest room contains two queen sized beds and additional sleeping space is available via the couches in the living room.

Cabo San Lucas offers world class fishing, snorkeling, diving, and golf. Some of the world's best Golf Courses are a short drive from the resort. Town, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife are a ten minute walk along the beach or a short cab ride away. There is no place like Cabo and no better way to enjoy it than at Your Home Away From Home at Villa La Estancia.

COVID Commentary.

Cabo is and has been doing a much better job with it’s measures to prevent the spread of Covid 19. All stores and restaurants take your temperature and require the use of hand sanitizer prior to entering. The staff at Estancia is all required to wear masks and we have yet to see someone break that requirement. Had sanitizer dispensers are located throughout the resort and in all elevators. A trip to Cabo is really as safe as you would like to make it.

Pools and Spas

The outdoor swimming pool at Villa La Estancia feels like a natural body of water. It seems poured into the resort space and then immaculately maintained. Several kids friendly amenities like beach entries, a stone cave with waterfall 5 inground hot tubs are sure to please children of all ages. The space around the pool is lined with ample seating and service deserving of the 5 star ranking.

Restaurants

Villa La Estancia has mouthwatering cuisine for every palate and occasion. The Sunset Dinner provides elegant evening meals on the sand right at the water’s edge. During your meal the shifting colors of the sky and sea dim into twilight before you. La Parrilla Restaurant offers delicious American flavors right by the pool while La Casona is ideal for lobster and steakhouse fare. For a quick bite or meals to go while exploring Cabo, the Palmita Market & Deli has you covered.

The Beach

Villa La Estancia is situated right on the most luxurious section of beach, meaning you don’t have to travel anywhere to be one with the natural splendor of Los Cabos. Close enough to walk in to The Office or Mango Deck for drinks and fun yet far enough from town to avoid the full press endless sales pitches Villa Estancia is the perfect location. Enjoy tranquil shoreline strolls and swim at your leisure in the protected waters, soaking in the sun as your troubles float away. There are also a variety of resort activities available right on the beach, such as kayaking tours, paddle boarding, and beach volleyball.

The Spa

The award winning Cabo San Lucas Desert Spa will help you unwind in luxury. It is the largest spa in all of Baja California Sur. The 31,000 square foot facility boasts 17 individual treatment rooms as well as two VIP suites with their own private jacuzzi and showers. The Spa provides a full range of reinvigorating treatment, including massages, facials, hydrotherapy, and wraps. It’s a perfect place for a solo recharge, a spa day with friends, or a romantic couple’s retreat.

The Fitness Center

The Villa La Estancia fitness center has everything you need to stay in shape during your stay. The spacious, sanitary facility allows patrons to get a good workout while maintaining a distance from other guests. There are plenty of treadmills, stationary bikes, and other types of cardio equipment to help you break a sweat and get your body moving. Ample free weights and strength training machines are also available so you can stick to your workout routine while your in Cabo.

The Store on Site

The on-site store at Villa La Estancia allows you to make the most out of every minute you’re in Cabo. Groceries are available on site in case you’d like to make your own snacks and comfort foods between fine dining experiences and adventures. In addition to groceries, the store includes items you’d find at a convenience store, including hygiene products, sunblock, moisturizer, pain relievers, and other essential goods like a wide selection of alcohol, beer and wine.
