We really enjoyed our stay and had such a great weekend. The condo was extremely clean when we arrived, which is always one of the most important things to me. Check in was super easy. The condo was comfortable and nicely furnished, and the beds were very comfortable - which is always a plus when you're away from home. The host was wonderful and responded quickly anytime we had a question. Everything went so smoothly that I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say about our stay. We had a great time and would absolutely stay here again. I definitely recommend it!

Overall, we had a nice stay and the property met our needs well. The beds were comfortable, the view was lovely and our grandkids absolutely loved the pools and the lazy river. We did run into a couple of issues at the start of our stay, but the host was responsive and worked to make things right which we appreciated. All in all, a good stay with helpful host and a great set up for families.

Perfect Place Near the Beach

The apartment is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view is splendid from this side of the building. The residence is quiet compared to its size and the number of people who can gather there.

This place has many pros, but a few cons to note. Overall, the complex is awesome; we loved all of the pools, and the weight room in the tower was nice. The proximity to the beach was perfect.A couple of small cons:- The building itself is very depressing; the hallway is straight out of a horror film.- The listing advertised chairs and an umbrella, but the one chair was broken, and the umbrella would not stay together. If you advertise them, make sure they work. - The kitchen sink leaked; the bathroom sink drain was clogged; overall, the place needs a little TLC. I think it was a great value for money, though, and the host was so responsive, but I also want to be honest in my review.

This condo was everything we expected and more! As soon as we know what we we can go next year, I'll be booking this same unit!!!

I'm very disappointed in your response. Yes, I told you that loading the refrigerator will crash the fridge. However, as you well know, I kept in touch with you over several days and offered to move you to a different condo when the refrigerator would not fully recover and you declined. I also told you I could get the refrigerator replaced but it would be an inconvenience for you during your vacation. You told me several times you would work with it. I am currently getting the refrigerator replaced. I understand how important vacationing is to everybody who has limited time and I always will do my best to make sure that you get the best experience. This was a mechanical error and just dumb luck. I wish you had let me fix it for you instead of ignoring it and then deciding to give me a poor review.

Overall nice place. Good value and nice location. Condo is renovated. The floors really could have been mopped prior to arrival. Otherwise unit was clean. One of the beach chairs is broken. The property is nice. Parking can be a little dicey when busy.

Myrtle Beach Resort Vacation

Renting from Phil was easy and had no issues. We asked if we could checkin 2 hours early and Phil went out of his way to accommodate us. Thanks Phil! The condo was nice and clean!!! The only issue was the the cable TV channels weren't working. Phil called the cable people, but never got the regular tv channels working, since it was connected to internet, just had access to Netflix and watched that for movies. Otherwise, really enjoyed our stay and experience. We've been vacationing here in the Myrtle Beach Resort for several years now.
