The ocean view vacation rental is the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation destination, with plenty of room for the whole family. Sip coffee and cocktails on the private balcony and enjoy the oceanfront swimming pool, oceanfront bar along with gorgeous beach access and more. Recently refurnished, this condo offers a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The condo features brand-new furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper, accent chair, nightstand, dressers, and both king and queen beds. This is one of the most requested and unique buildings in Myrtle Beach known as the the "Pink Building". This is a historical landmark, a resort closest to the ocean in all of Myrtle Beach. There are less than 70 units in the entire building for those that wish not to stay with large crowds. However, it is part of the Caravelle Resort complex, which allow s for access to all the amenities of a large resort.

Upon entry to our condo, you’ll step into the hallway approaching the kitchen. To the right is a separate bedroom, which features a new full-size bed, a dresser for storage, and a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

Adjacent to the bedroom is the fully equipped kitchen. You'll find all the essentials for cooking, including cookware, dishes, and utensils. If you'd rather eat out, there are countless dining options nearby, as well as popular food delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash.

Beyond the kitchen is the main bedroom/living area, perfect for relaxation. It features a new king-sized bed, nightstand, dresser, queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chairs, coffee table, large wall-mounted TV, and access to a private balcony with breathtaking oceanfront views. Guests often spot dolphins and enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets from here.

Guests also enjoy access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee covers cleaning services, toiletries, and the laundering of linens and towels.

St. Clements Resort is in a prime location, close to many of Myrtle Beach's top attractions. Located on the northern end of Myrtle Beach, the resort is still within a 10-minute drive to the heart of the city. The St Clements Resort is located directly on the beach. Covered parking is located as part of the resort as well as open parking. No need to go to the front desk to check in, you can go directly to the room to check in.

There is a keypad that will allow you access to the building if you arrive after 9pm when the resort doors are locked. The keypad code for building access will be given after the reservation is confirmed. This resort is affiliated with the Caravelle Resort. A gym is available for use, keypad code available upon request.

Guests will have full access to the oceanfront bar and newly opened RJ's restaurant. The Due South Sports bar located at the Grand Cayman Resort is also available for use.
