"Welcome to this dreamy Gulf front three-bedroom, two-bath condo located within walking distance of the Hang-Out! This corner unit boasts splendid views of the Gulf's white sandy beaches, providing direct access to the beach. A central outdoor HEATED pool within the complex offers delightful leisure opportunities.

Inside, this unit offers three spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a TV. Both guest bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed each. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra accommodation. A washer and dryer are provided in the unit for added convenience. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Book this unit for your ideal vacation experience today!

For winter stays during January and February, any reservations made prior to October 1st require a 60-day (two month) minimum. Reservations made after October 1st for the winter months vary between three or seven nights, based on unit specifications.

Professionally managed by Poole and Associates,
One parking pass comes with your reservation total. You can purchase one additional pass by contacting our office to add the additional pass to your reservation. Linens, and a starter set of toilet paper, trash bags, and kitchen soap are provided. You will need to bring extra of these items, along with coffee filters, seasonings, and don't forget the beach towels.
The property outlines clear policies including age requirements, photo ID at check-in, non-smoking regulations, and welcomes pets for this unit, subject to a non-refundable pet fee of $225 per pet, accommodating up to two pets.

Explore monthly 'Snowbird' rates available from November through February, making this property an excellent choice for an extended stay in the winter season.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was beautiful. The location is great - everything you could want is nearby. The beach is great - so we didn't even use the lovely pool. First time traveling with my sister, my son, my 2 grandsons & my 2 little dogs. It was a wonderful spring break for all of us. I would definitely book this again.

Amazing views

Could use fixing of the cupboards that stick, hole in the floor that should be fixed by the fridge. Was a little smaller than we realized. But we loved the balcony and the views of the beach. We liked that the pool was heated. Great location and easy to walk or ride everywhere

Lovely, comfortable, and so close to the beach! Great little pool area. I felt very safe at this wonderful little place! Fur babies enjoyed the condo, too.

Pet friendly family condo

We had a great time staying at the Regatta 201B with our family and our dog! We had an amazing view of the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the large outdoor balcony. Thanks for a great trip!

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at Regatta before, and it is a perfect location for beach access and walking to restaurants and shopping, but 201B exceeded our expectations! The rooms are bright and roomy and beautifully decorated. Very clean and owners are wonderful. And the view is amazing! We will definitely rent again!

Nice little place right on the beach

The place was right on the beach, very clean, and had everything we needed. Spent every night on the balcony watching the waves come in. Only problems we had was we paid pet fees for 2 dogs but they were not allowed on the beach and no canopies were allowed close to the water, wish we knew that beforehand.

Very nice condo. Owners were prompt to come out and clean dryer vent when asked. Ceiling on the deck leaks which was very annoying as cushions got soaked when it rained. Otherwise would rent again

Perfect.

Everything was walking distance orange Beach was a 15 minute drive. It had an elevator and steps the host was amazing and checked on us. Everything we needed was there, the view Everything was what the pictures were. 10/10 would stay again!

Very enjoyable!

I must say the home was much bigger than it looks. Very comfortable for the 6 of us! The decor was very pretty. Of course there were just a few cosmetics issues from just wear and tear here and there. I would definitely stay again. We stayed a week and was close to everything you need!

Beautiful Property! Couldn't have asked for better!

5 star vacation! Regatta 201B was a lovely property for my family and me to rent for the week. There were 5 of us in addition to 4-foots, and we had plenty of room. We had an early Thanksgiving at the beach, with turkey and all the fixins'. Clean and beautifully furnished, great location, and Poole and Associates(Kim) get high marks from this gal. Would definitely recommend and also stay here again!

Such an adorable condo, and great location!

We had an incredible experience staying at this condo, however, there was construction going on above us, which was a little annoying. Wish we would’ve been told by the property owners that that was going to be going on during our stay. Other than that we had a wonderful time!

Spring break 2022

The view and balcony are awesome ! It was like another room in the condo . The condo was just a few steps to the sand . The kitchen was small, as was the pool area. Main bed was very good.

Christmas 2023

Fabulous view from back deck. We loved the rockers. Christmas Day temperature was 70 and we waded in the ocean, watched the swimmers and enjoyed the breeze. The unit was clean and well-stocked. The break was very nice. Poole and Associates were very helpful. Thank you!

Lovely condo. Very convenient. Great view.

Easy process from start to finish. Any issue was promptly taken care of. Would have booked again for next year before leaving but price was much higher. Would definitely look again in the future.

Comfortable and convenient

Very comfortable but a little crowded for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. The kitchen is definitely too small for more than 4 people. Other than that, convenience to everything is great, view from deck is exceptional as well as access to beach.

Cleanliness was lacking

The property was good for what we needed for our family and the location was great. However, the unit was not sweeped or mopped. There was sand everywhere including in our beds. I wonder if the bed sheets were even changed as we did have sand and hair between the sheets. Not a cool thing to find in your bed. This is really a cleaning / maintenance issue and not the property owners fault.

Great views

It was a little odd that we had to go all the way to the property management to get the room code, usually it’s sent by email. The floors in the kitchen feel very weak and soft, it was alarming. The living room TV did not work, which was very inconvenient. I even went an bought a Roku so we could watch tv and it still didn’t work. The toilet in the master bath hardly flushes. The walk to the beach was short and the views were great. I would not pay this price to stay here again.

Disapointed is an understatement

Checking is after hours went as smooth as possible. Since it was after hours we got in late had a quick bite and called it a night. When I woke up I got out of bed and saw there was BLOOD on the sheets & on the toilet. We had a water line break in the ceiling which flooded the kitchen. They cleaned the condo a second time to remove blood and replace sheets. We left a day early when my husband stepped on broken glass that was on his side of the bed. It was our 1st vacation since Covid and we really could use a vacation staying there. Met the owner who is a very nice person. Its been 12 days and I'm STILL waiting to hear back from the property management regarding reimbursement for our stay. Everyone is VERY nice, but the issues have not been settled .

We stayed here for an adult girls' trip for 3 nights. The 3rd party company that checked us in was very nice and prompt. However, the condition of the condo was disgusting. There were two soft spots on the floor (the floor gives) in the entryway and kitchen. There was repair work done all over the condo, that was done half a$&, instead of fully refinished...So, appearance-wise, it was not a pretty sight. I took a lot of pics for proof. It needs a thorough spring cleaning...Dust everywhere, and stains on the walls/ceiling/furniture. The AC did not cool well, and the vents were dripping with condensation on the floors and countertop...This was all night and day. (No sliding doors were left open, and the outside heat was not let in) We reported it, someone came out to inspect, and said that it was "normal." We were hot for our entire stay. The spare bathroom shower head comes out of the wall when you try to adjust the head. There were boards with nails laying on the balcony floor and by the entryway, which is a hazard. The trim around the frames of the balcony were all off, and cement chunks were falling out. I would never rent a place out to the public in this condition. People (we) pay a good deal of money for a comfortable and clean place to relax for vacation, and to do so in this condition is a rip off. I would never stay here again, or recommend it to others.
