Regatta 104B is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath direct Gulf Front condo situated in the heart of Gulf Shores. Enjoy spectacular 2nd floor views of the crystal blue waters and the white, sandy beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast from the oversized balcony. Recent remodels include all new kitchen/guest bath cabinets, new granite in the kitchen, new kitchen appliances, and all new living room furniture. Regatta is centrally located in the heart of the Gulf Shores. One block away from the Hangout, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops, makes this an ideal location for a Gulf Coast getaway stay!

Great location

Nice condo with great beach view and access. Nice common pool area as well. Condo was as advertised and everything went well. Great location for shops/restaurants too! Would rent again if vacationing in the area.

Great stay!

We had a great stay the week of thanksgiving. The condo is in the perfect location making it easy to walk to a number of places. Clean, comfy beds, stunning view from the deck!

Great location

Loved how close to the beach this place was! We had 2 family members that can't walk very far and they were still able to enjoy the beach! Condo was very clean.

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our family, 5 adults and 2 children. The 3 bed 2 bath property was spacious and the balcony was large with a beautiful beachfront view! We were very pleased with our stay!

We had a great time as usual. Great location.

The condo has a couple of items that need addressed (balcony and guest toilet wouldn't always flush) but overall it was a pleasant experience. Will stay again.

Love Regatta

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the location of our condo and the fact that it faced the ocean. It was also clean, comfortable and quiet. We hope to return soon.

Amazing location.

The condo was right on the beach & had an amazing view. Cute condo but could use some upgrades. We enjoyed our stay & will be visiting again in the future!

The overall property location is awesome! The beach was perfect & the kids loved it. The condo was great, it could use a little updating or remodeling. Overall I would recommend it for your next getaway.

Excellent Week

While the unit is a little dated and there were some minor maintenance issues noticed, it wasn't anything that hindered our visit. The location is fantastic and we truly had a wonderful stay.

Perfect property for parking the car and walking to everything

This condo was perfect for 5 senior women to enjoy the beach! Although it rained several days we were able to enjoy ourselves with cards, walks and shopping! We loved the covered porch and spent many hours people watching and staring at the ocean!

Amazing beach view

Easy access to a fairly empty beach. Inside could use an update but the price makes up for it. Walking distance to popular restaurants. Great trip overall. Master bedroom mattress has to be replaced. Worst nights sleep ever in that bed.

Regatta 104B

This was our first time in Gulf Shores and our first time booking with VRBO. You hear so many horror stories when you book on your own and not through the company/resort. We were nervous but everything went smoothly. We were very pleased with the resort and loved the location. We were able to walk to pretty much everything. The condo had everything we needed for 6 adults plus a huge balcony and great view of ocean and beach. We would recommend it to family and friends.

Location is the biggest selling point

This condo has a great location - right on the beach. Since it's on the second floor, when you're on the balcony, it feels like an extension of the beach. It's the next best thing to being on the beach, and actually better in some ways because you don't have to worry about sunburn. The condo itself is acceptable but not what anyone would consider a luxury condo. The exterior condo building was dated and needs to be updated but that didn't interfere with our stay.

Great location!

Our family stayed here for Spring Break. It was our first time in Gulf Shores and the location of this condo was perfect!! We could walk to the pier as well as many local restaurants. It’s super close to the Hangout and the Pink Pony which was great! The check-in process was super easy. When we arrived we noticed the thermostat was not working. We called the contact number we were given and they had someone out right away to replace it. You cannot beat this location…just steps from the beach!!! The view from the balcony can’t be beat and we even saw dolphins one morning! Book this property, you will not be disappointed!

Nice place, way too noisy

We enjoyed the condo but it was WAY TOO NOISY! We could hear the elephants upstairs every night, stomping around, jumping, moving furniture, door sliding open and shut, etc. We started to complain at the office but were afraid it would make things worse. We’ll stay somewhere else next year.

Wonderful Vacation

SPECTACULAR!!! Enjoyed our stay immensely. First time visiting Gulf Shores. All expectations were met. Condo was recently updated with new paint and carpeting. Upon entering condo it was immaculately clean and fresh. All needed amenities were there. Very comfortable King bed with fine bed linens, and soft towels supplied. It was a three bedroom condo. Unfortunately our 3 other friends could not join us due to a last minute medical emergency. We did have trip insurance, but our friends insisted that we still go on this much needed vacation. We would really like to rent this condo next winter for 30-45 days as it was PERFECT. Great location, beautiful balcony overlooking the beautiful beach, and the easy walking distance to several restaurants were highlights. Loved Gulf Shores!!!

Second time at this condo…

Having enjoyed a stay here with girlfriends 3 years ago, this year I took my daughter her SO and two of her daughters. Other than rather sparse kitchen equipment there was absolutely nothing to complain. The girls enjoyed the pool and the ocean both as well as the adults! It was a great week!

Good Stay Overall

The condo location and view were awesome. For the most part, the condo had everything that we needed for our stay, however it is quite outdated. The cleanliness of the condo was very disappointing. The floors were very dirty upon our arrival. The master bathroom is also in need of attention. We were very worried that the whole faucet and handle were going to break off because they were very loose. Even though a these few things were frustrating, I would still book this property again.
