Why not relax and enjoy an actual vacation at our Villages of Mango Key condominium. This 33 unit, all townhouse condominium complex is located just 4.9 miles west of Disney on the quiet end of Kissimmee just off Route 192.

Mango Key is a gated complex with a large heated pool and hot tub.

Our unit was renovated in 2015 with newly installed tile flooring and upgraded furnishings. Our unit features three TV's, ceiling fans, central Air Conditioning and Heat, a screened-in porch, 1100-1200 square feet of living area and much, much, more...

Wonderful Place

My experience at Mango Key Villages

I really recommend everybody to rent this property everything was very clean and it’s location was very closed to supermarkets, restaurants and stores.

Tranquility Amid the Hustle

Wonderful experience - this townhome was a quiet and peaceful refuge from busy Orlando. Immediately upon entering, we noticed how clean the property was and updates that have been made. It is the perfect place for a small family to choose when going to the theme parks. I usually opt for the Disney bubble, but may be a convert after this stay!

Soy de Lima - Perú y vine con toda mi familia y la casa es bastante acogedora, la zona bastante tranquila y cerca a la zona comercial. Norman siempre atento a los detalles y dudas que teníamos. Estamos contentos, por eso recomendamos esta casa.

Clean home in a nice location for a great price!

Upon entering, the home looked and smelled very clean! The location is very convenient to a lot of the things we did while we were in Florida. Upon setting up the sleeper sofa upstairs we realized the springs were broken off of the bottom and immediately notified the owner. He responded in a flash! Communication was excellent! I would not hesitate to stay here again! Just make sure if you use the upstairs shower you you turn the knob to the right for hot water LOL

Amazing Stay

Normans property was quite simply amazing. Close to all of the parks, the kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Looking forward to another stay in the near future.

Terrific townhouse

This unit far exceeded my expectations, especially considering the cost. All furniture, the kitchen, and the main level bath had been recently updated, so the pics do not do it justice. It's lovely, and the owner was so gracious and accommodating. The only complaint we had is that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (big issue with all 5 guests being females).

Excellent stay in this cute condo from location to service. Was a little nervous with first time driving in Orlando but with convenience of parks and shopping stores to this condo couldn't have been any smoother. Norman White was an excellent host and was able to accommodate an unexpected extra day before we arrived. Thank you Norman!

Awesome location and great home!

Perfect for our family of 5. Home was clean, comfortable and area was very quiet! Perfect location-close to Disney and lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and grocery and drug stores. Owner gave all instructions and information promptly via email. Would definitely recommend!

Would recommend for sure!

Had a great time. Just check on availability of towels and bath cloths also bring bathroom tissue and paper towels. Other than that you are good to go! Very nice place!!

Perfect location!

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was clean and quiet, yet close to shopping, restaurants and the big theme parks. My kids loved swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Disney Part 2

The property was exactly as advertised!! It was a great place to stay while I took the college guys to Disney -- a trip that was supposed to happen in May (but then COVID happened, and the guys went back to college so couldn't go when I took the girls) -- this was me keeping my promise to the guys. When we walked in, the guys were like this is AWESOME!! They loved having the room upstairs with the loft so they could have their own sitting area -- if they didn't want to just be in the room, they had somewhere to go beside the main living room!! It was a great stay and so close and convenient to everything!!

Great property. Very confortable.

The property is great, clean, confortable and conveniently localed. The only little issue that the walls and upstairs floor are really thin, so you can hear the steps above.

Close to everything.

The property was ideally situated to restaurants, shopping and all major theme parks. The only issues we had was the upstairs shower didn’t have hot water(we had it all the way to left for hot water for 10 minutes and it never heated up) and the master bathtub tile needs a good scrubbing. Other than those minor issues, the townhouse was clean and everything that we needed was provided. I would definitely stay again.

Husband and wife from Littleton, Massachusetts. We began visiting this property in 1992 when it first opened and finally bought in 1997. We still visit each year and our daughter Angela now works at Universal Studios Orlando.

Our unit is in a perfect location - both close to all of the major attractions and on the quieter west end of Kissimmee in a small complex where the pool is rarely if ever crowded.
