I must say the host Brent was amazing, kind and patient! He explained everything and was always available if needed! The place was maculate and just as advertised! Very peaceful easy to get around so the location was perfect! I would highly recommend this location as my 84 year old mother in particular really enjoyed herself and image the steps did not bother her! My family complimented me for the best location and bond we had this weekend! Thank you Brent as words cannot express how grateful I am!

We liked BestVilla because, for our purposes, it is within a few miles from Disney Springs. The rental agreement, documents of what to expect and what to do upon your arrival and departure were clear and easy to follow. Throughout the days from when I signed the agreement thru a week after our stay, Brent was great to communicate with no matter what the reason. In addition, the required on-hold deposit was released as promised.

We live in a Small City in Alberta, Canada. We are grain farmers and have 5 children. We bought this house as an investment for rental purposes. It is always great to work with guests from all over, from North & South America to the UK and one family from Australia.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This location is perfect. It is a small community and very quiet and away from any highway noise. Yes, you can hear Disney's fireworks every night! Still it is so close to the parks and to the variety of Florida activities. 6 miles to Disney gates and just over an hour to the great beaches at the Gulf of Mexico! There is so much to do in the area that you will have to come back again one day!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

I love dealing with my guests and always try to make thier stay as best I can! I have a property manager that is always on call for any problems that could occur, So just message me and we will get on the case! I am always willing to share my knowledge on the area and help with any planning questions you may have. I am always available for questions you may have and reply as quickly as I can by email, text or phone.
