That is the REAL Big Sand Lake, one of Florida's purest natural lakes you see in the picture, and the breathtaking Sunset Sunrise from the living room and patio. Disney Fireworks too!

Located in the upscale Dr. Philipps area of Orlando, right in the middle of the 3 main Theme Parks - Disney, Universal, and Sea World.
Our villa is privately owned and managed. No timeshare presentation is involved as we are not part of the Westgate timeshares.

Our Lakefront Villa offers the comforts of your own home as a preferred alternative to a hotel room and lets you live in your own 2-story garden-style townhouse. Tastefully decorated with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths, 3 queen-size beds that sleep 6 comfortably, a Patio facing the Lake, a covered Balcony, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dishware. Starter linens, towels, and supplies are provided.

In addition to better value, more than a hotel stay, there is complete privacy, the liberty to be able to prepare your own meals at your leisure, and more living space. As our previous guest who returns year after year wrote: 'our kids enjoy their own loft apartment upstairs.'

The lake view alone is worth the stay

Great location for out of towners. The Lake and a few palm trees right out side the glass patio door.You can see the fire works from Disney over the Lake. That was pretty cool.Universal is less than 10 minutes away with traffic.Walmart is right around the corner. The pictures of the condo are accurate. The price is fare for what you are receiving.The patio and balcony are nice additions for people how like more space then a hotel room. Check-in was simple and communication was simple and easyBetter then other experiences in the past.My family enjoyed our stay

Great little apartment

We had a lovely stay. It’s a great little apartment. If you’re looking for luxury, full dining room and a big kitchen, this is not your place. But if you’re looking for a quaint space, a spectacular lake view, a quiet area located close to everything, this is the place for you. Ms Gloria is very hospitable and quick to respond to any questions. It was our pleasure to stay at this townhouse.

We rented the VRBO and was not able to attend the first day. Owner reached out to make sure we had the passcode. So far so good. We messaged to make sure tWe rented the VRBO to get away from the hurricane winds in Tampa. The storm hit Orlando and no communication from the owner to see if we could get in or if the house was in any damage. Several hours later-response received-owner would need to check with housekeeper-the next day no response until. I asked if we could negotiate a refund for a few days. All of sudden on Saturday afternoon the house is ready. We checked out on Sunday.

Orlando villa

My husband and I loved this place!!! The location was perfect. It was easy to find and central to all the Orlando attractions-quiet and immaculate. Not only were we provided with 2 pages of names and directions of the attractions from the owner when we booked, but there were lots of brochures at the villa. The on-site restaurant was very good -even had a buffet breakfast that outdid the restaurants on International Drive. The pool was a great place to relax-what more can I say? Oh, yes, and the sunsets were something else. I will highly recommend this property to anyone I know visiting Orlando. We have always done well on Homeaway.com and this was our best rental yet. The place to stay.

We have been looking for a home away from home and found the description of this one quite promising. So we got in contact with the owner and received quickly reply on each and every question we asked. Only thing we worried about has been the preliminary payment to the owners account without really knowing what we pay for. But all our doubts were gone once we arrived the location. Everthing haas been in line with the description even the palm from the pictures is there. Nice & very clean, helpful staff (thanks again to Maria) and plenty of space for a family (party of 4). In short: This is the place to stay if you look for a home away from home in Orlando.

Not as advertised

It was disappointing. The kitchen was parts and pieces put together. The stove worked, but not well. Instead of staying in to eat, we had to go out. There was a lot of dusty areas, but the showers were clean. The bathroom sink needed a butter knife to pop the plug or it didn't drain. For what we got, we paid way more than it was worth. It was advertised that we could watch the fireworks from the back yard. We struggled to open the back door, and barely saw any fireworks. Only the random high ones could be seen. The communication between us and the owner were minimal. We got 4 towels even though we registered 6 people. It was not horrible, but it was not what we were let to believe and it was not up to decent standards.

Would not recommend

Communication was a little spotty but was manageable. I can live with most things and usually don’t leave negative reviews, unless there are two things that are not met. I have to have a clean bathroom and a clean bed to stay in and neither of these things were clean. There was tons of hair in the beds and food crumbs, to the point we had to go buy sheets and pillows to feel comfortable enough to sleep in the beds. The bathrooms were the same way with hair, and all kinds of things being on the counters and floor that we felt like we needed to wear shoes or flip-flops in there to keep from stepping in anything gross. Toilet downstairs almost rocks out of the floor and the sink in the kitchen has a broken handle. Not to mention we did not cook anything to eat, because the oven was filled with food that had not been cleaned out. The funny part is there are stickers and signs everywhere saying to take your shoes off to make things less messy for the cleaners but the place was already a wreck.

Pictures were not accurate

The first condo we went to looked like a used consignment shop there were chairs stacked in the bedroom,not even what was on VRBO, I contacted the owner she told us to move to 135, it was a still not to my liking, , it was dirty had to get cleaning supplies, the stove plates had burn on burn, the fire alarm bottom was missing, the toilet seat was broken, the bathroom sink was blistered, the filter on the air conditioner unit hadn’t been changed in probably years, the tile on the living room floor was all miss matched and filled in with some black grout and some white grout, the shear curtain was ripped and had claw marks probably from a big dog, there were holes in the walls, and the stove and sink shook from side to side, very poor condition for two weeks I used the electric frying pan, I refused to used the stove in the burned condition, I went to use the shower up stairs and the knob fell off, and the front door had no tumblers in it to lock the door all that was there was a hotel latch, and the back slider door the security rod was broken, all the tiled flooring was filthy, I used bleach wipes to clean the floor as best as possible, the mattress sunk in the middle and I pushed the dresser in front of the door in the bedroom that was an entry door because that wouldn’t lock either, this whole condo was false advertisement and not worth the money I had two weeks of aggravation and this was supposed to be our month long stay in Florida, I know now you get what you pay for, this was false advertisement

The listing did not look anything like the pictures on line. The property was really dirty. Food in oven, dust all over the walls, patch in the ceiling and hair all over the place. Dishes were still dirty in cabinets and drawers. Ceiling fan plugged into wall socket and missing lightbulbs. Back door would not shut all the way. So we had to make other accommodations to go to a hotel and stay for the week!!

Relaxing stay

The space was good and it was close to everything but it is dated and the repairs(patched spots in several rooms) that have been done are not the best .. The light switches to the living room and stairs didn’t work all the time. I messaged but didn’t get a response about any of it . So we made the best out of it that we could . The cleaning left a lot to be desired. We cleaned when we got there because it was dirty. . There was even a disposable blue mask and a panty liner in the night stand drawer that definitely was not ours🤢🤮

Adequate

I needed a place to stay near the Orange County Convention Center. This property was adequate. Communication with the manager was excellent. Check in and checkout was easy. The property was in an older Condo community. The unit itself has not been updated in quite some time. I believe I read in another review that it could use a deep cleaning and some repairs, I agree. Overall the high traffic areas were clean. We did not come to Orlando to spend a lot of time at a condo. It was a place to sleep and we did that well.

Decent, needs cleaning

Pros: lovely patio with view of lake, convenient to downtown Orlando and major highways, quiet neighborhood despite busy road, neighbors quiet and keep to themselves, comfortable living room and master bedroom. Gloria was easy to communicate with via text and email. Plenty of restaurants and stores in the area for anything you need. Cons: needs better cleaning, immediate surfaces were wiped, floors swept, clean linens and bathrooms clean, but fans, light fixtures and many other closets and corners had layers of dust and grime. Furniture is very worn. Sliding door does not slide. Kitchenette functional but very dated and oven needs cleaning or may become fire hazard, it smoked when pre-heating so I decided not to use it, which was very inconvenient. (Smoke alarms work!) Sleeps 6+ but don't recommend trying to cook for more than 2. Funny smell when I first came in, aired it out and was ok. If more thoroughly cleaned I would consider staying here again.
