Details are everything. This condo spared no expense. With vaulted ceilings in the living room you won't feel boxed in like other condos or hotel rooms. Very light and bright condo with all the amenities nearby (restaurants, golf, hiking, sight seeing, shopping, and much more). Condo is so peaceful you will just want to relax or take a dip in the salt water pool. Maybe sit out on the deck and take in the Catalina Mountains as you sip on a glass of wine or a fresh cup of coffee. Take a nap in the quiet comfortable bedroom. Play some music or watch your favorite sports game on the 50" 4k TV. Or make a warm fire in the fireplace as you cuddle with your partner. Parking is a breeze as you get to park in a covered assigned parking spot just steps to the stairs to the condo. The Resort Style condo grounds makes it easy to choose your activity. Use the gym to work out, pool to relax or refresh (did I mention heated pool?), hot tub (2 in complex) to massage you, play tennis, use the club house, or walk the nearby trails, also outdoor gas barbecue stations throughout the complex for grilling. All of this in a gated community, the only thing missing is you.

Batteries recharged

We had an excellent stay at Randy's condo. Very peaceful, with a lovely view and very well equipped for everything you need. We used to host and travel a lot, and this is a very well appointed place in terms of kitchen, bath, laundry, etc. We enjoyed the community pool and hot tub almost every day, and proximity to Sabino Canyon was great. We would stay here again.

Very nice near Sabino Canyon

Very nice ! Very well localed for Sabino Canyon. Nice Beer and wine garden very close! You can go by foot. The neighborhood is very quiet. Nice condo and well equiped.

Wonderful Relaxing Stay

This is our second time staying at this condo and we love it. The condo is in a perfect location for us and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Randy made sure we had all the information we needed prior to arriving. The check-in process was very easy. This is a very nice clean well kepted condo with a nice little balcony we used every morning for our breakfast.

Hope to Return

This was our fourth time to stay at the condo. We liked having a kitchen available with the necessities. Most of all, the balcony has a great view. The condo is clean plus the surrounding area. Great stay!

Vacation Stay in Tucson

We liked the gated community and pool. Covered parking a plus! We toured and played golf Ventana Canyon and Skyline. enjoyed both. We are both seniors (65+)

GREAT Stay for Business

Had an excellent stay while attending a conference at a nearby resort. Wanted more space and this place was AMAZING, very clean, well equipped, quiet, and the pool was EMPTY the entire time… next time my travels bring me to Tucson, I will keep an eye out for this booking!

Beautiful condo

Me and my boyfriend loved staying here. I use to live in Tucson on the East side and came back for a week to visit, and when I found this place I was so excited to be able to explore this side of town. The mountains are so close by, the pool was lovely and driving these roads I rarely got to use before was beautiful.

Hot Tucson Weekend

Although the temperatures were in the 100s while we were there, we were able to have a Great weekend. The location is perfect for visiting Saguaro East and West national parks, and traveling to Mount Lemmon etc..

Great Location for Exploring

Nice place, had everything we needed, enjoyed the pool. Very close to Sabino Canyon and not far from Mt Lemmon both are great places to get outside and explore. Also near a place with good beer and live music. Host was very detailed with instructions and communicative.

Enjoyed our stay in Tucson

Our host was very informative and prompt with any questions. Although the condo unit is a studio size, it provided a comfortable, quiet, and safe stay during the 30-day period. The condo unit offered many recreational amenities... such as pool, hot tub, fitness room, and proximity to sabino canyon trail.

Enjoyable Getaway!

Our stay at Ventana Vista was just what we needed! The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! It had everything we needed, it was spacious enough, nice balcony seating for your morning coffee with a view, and a covered parking spot. For us, it was in the perfect location, super close for a morning hike and not very far away from the many great things to explore around Tucson. Randy was easy to communicate with and helpful with answering my questions. The check in process was simple. A place we would definitely stay at again in the future!

Foothills Stay

We enjoy staying at Randy’s property tucked in the foothills of Tucson. The condo is close to many of our family members, so it works well for our visits. We took a look at the pool area this visit and it is lovely.

For the price it was fine. We were visiting friends in the area so did not stay much in our vrbo. There was a fireplace, but no wood or fireplace tools to use it. The TV was not working so a Sunday football game in front of the fire did not happen. The location was great for where we needed to be and the facilities were very nice. The price was a selling point.

This is my 2nd vacation rental property and first in Arizona. I live and work in WA State, but fell in love with Arizona when I got to visit and I currently own a timeshare in Scottsdale. I travel quite often for my work, so I know having the comforts of nice things around you makes all the difference. I made sure on this condo I did the same thing. I added a fireplace mantle, painted an accent wall, painted the bedroom. Added new laminate flooring in living and bedroom. I also added nice furniture and kitchenware. Tried to think if I was traveling what would I enjoy or like to have. Everything from beach towels to Keurig Coffee machine. You will love this condo as much as I do. I also wanted to make it a great value, considering hotel costs per night and this having much nicer touches, this is a much smarter choice.

I wanted something in Arizona and Tucson felt right. Plus, I saw the potential in this complex, it just needed some love and nice touches. I love to golf and hike. Plus it's close to stores and in a safe area. Our family will have so much fun coming here and exploring or sight seeing. We wanted to share memories together as a family. But also, we want our guests to feel at home and enjoy themselves as well.

The vaulted ceilings and the bones of the condo being on the top floor sealed the deal for me to purchase this unit. From there I spent time and money to fix it up to a place that is very inviting and also fresh and open. I hand picked most of the decor and items and really enjoyed making this into a fun and relaxing vacation unit.
