Loved the deck. Lift was invaluable-will not rent a beach house without one. Communication with host was excellent. Wish the house had been cleaner than it was-definitely things that need to be addressed. Still loved the beach time!

Always a nice stay at this property and owners respond quickly to any question or need. As for VRBO your fees have become ridiculous.

Great time by the beach

We have a large family and this beach house was very accommodating. Also, only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. The host was easy to reach. Next time we plan to visit the Bolivar peninsula, we will book with Changes in Latitudes again.

Family Trip

The home is very nice and the kitchen was well equipped for some large family meals. The view from the balcony was an added bonus. Everyone in our group had a great time and I easily recommend this home for a nice and laid back beach vacation.

We had a wonderful weekend. There was plenty of space for my extended family. Suzanne was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had. House was nicely decorated, clean and well stocked. Will definitely rent from them again.

Fun with family

The house was well accommodating to our whole family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Every one had a good time. The only downfall was the whole peninsula lost power for 2 nights we were there.

We fell in love with the Tidelands subdivision because of its perfect balance: it’s quiet and family-oriented, yet incredibly close to everything. Being on the 2nd row means you get the best of both worlds—stunning Gulf views and a much shorter walk to the sand than most homes. We also love that the neighborhood is golf-cart friendly and close to local favorite spots for fresh seafood and live music.
