What a Cutie! Comfortable beach home that has everything you need just minutes and a short walk to the beach. This beach view home, located on an access road close to the beach, has 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, open concept kitchen, dining, living room & a view of the Gulf from the front deck. The master bedroom has a suite 1/2 bath. Queen and full bed in second bedroom. Leather foldout electric coach that will sleep two in living room. The large main bath has shower and cabinets full with plenty of towel's and sheets. Granite countertops in kitchen and baths. Downstairs has a sand shower for rinsing those sandy feet after a day at the beach. Enjoy the Firepit for star gazing and sharing the circle of life stories. BBQ pit for cooking outside next to the built in large benched table. Downstairs sitting area with swings and rockers and a small icebox to make relaxing easier after a long hot day at the beach. Upstairs covered deck will become your favorite spot. Overlooks the beach and has wind block . Sit around the table and share the days adventures while enjoying the sounds of the waves and watching the best sunset view you will ever see. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the beach. Located in popular area of Crystal Beach with close proximity to shopping & restaurants. Pet friendly with non refundable pet fee, no cats please. Great property and location

The house had a great setup with different seating outside and with an ocean view. Also the distance to walk the beach was nice. We rented a golf cart and had a great time.

Absolutely Perfect Location

Perfect location and atmosphere. Little things like great water pressure in the showers…ice maker….washer and dryer…..comfortable bed and furniture!! We will book this place again!

Great Location, perfect for a quick getaway

Loved the size, and location. Only thing I didn't like was the small space for parking. I had a trailer with a side by side so it was kinda tight, but overall a very nice place and the downstairs sitting area is wonderful.

Location!

This house is the perfect in almost every single way. The outdoor space downstairs is amazing, the outside shower is great for cooling down as well as showering! The house was perfect for the 5 adults that we had even with the 1 full bath, the half bath and outside shower really helped! So you didn’t notice only having the 1 full Bathroom. The only complaint that I had was the kitchen didn’t have any mixing bowls (for like potato salad or regular salad). For a house that’s on an island with next to zero Options for eating out the kitchen needs to be well stocked with kitchen needs. Also would have been nice to have glasses or cups that weren’t tiny. Over all I would rent this house a million times over. Perfect for our 4th of July family vacation! Also, different topic! DO NOT EAT JOSE’S!

Wonderful!

My Granddaughter and I enjoyed every minute of our 4 day stay. We will choose this property again. We’ve stayed at another last year, but this was much more to our liking. Thank you for having such a wonderful place for us to enjoy. PS: If you don’t have your own Netflix, etc., you won’t be watching much TV

Cute beach house

Well decorated, cute 2/1.5, just right for a couple or couple and 2 kids, easy stairs to climb, fantastic fenced yard(our boy loved it), close to beach, beds were very comfortable. Sharon was awsome with communication, will definitely stay again.

Cozy stay

Easy booking, and the house was so close to the beach with beach entrance. Only complaint was 2 of the 3 tvs didn’t work, but it was amazing stay aside of that. Would 5/5 recommend this property

Loved It

Though a short trip, we had a great time. The beach house was perfect! I loved the layout and the fenced yard. My dogs were very comfortable and it was a very dog friendly neighborhood. The owner was great and always available. I have family there so will be visiting often. I will be renting this home again.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed staying at this beach house. We always visit crystal beach a couple of times a year with our little ones and we’d say this one is by far one of the best that has the ocean view and walking distance to the beach. We would most definitely look into staying again next year.

This property is awesome! Close to the beach, close to restaurants. The property is well taken care of and well loved. The owner is so helpful and quick to respond to inquires. Highly recommend, me and my family of 5 were very comfortable.

Awesome as always!

We have stayed here several times as it’s a short walk to the beach and close to all the shopping and eating places. Is always clean and tidy and the host is super responsive to any needs. Great place for anyone.

Linens

The house was great! Except for the linens on the king size bed - there was hair all over the sheets. I think they were clean… but hair was stuck to the sheets. Not a clean feeling.

I love this beach house and plan on retiring here someday. This is a dream home with everything I always wanted. Currently living in Bolivar just down the road from Crystal Beach. I work from home so am really easy to get a hold of me for any reason or need.
