Water front home minutes to fast water

Update for June 2023, new sectional in family room still with full pullout bed!

Located within a quiet cove in Lido Circle of Discovery Bay, just minutes to fast water, this property is perfect for visitors with kids.

The dock has slide, water trampoline, and parking for 3-5 boats (depending upon length). 4 paddle boards and a cornhole game are also provided and stored in the garage. Enjoy the mornings and nights on the numerous decks on the property. The main deck off the kitchen has plenty of outdoor seating, gas heater( for winter), Bluetooth speakers and a BBQ. Then the upstairs deck is accessed through the 2 bedrooms and allows for the Delta breeze.

The interior of the home was remodeled. The kitchen opens to the dining space and living room. The bar has seating for 4 and the table has seating for 6 and a game table for 2. The sectonal sofa pulls out to a full-size mattress. Also on the main floor is a full bathroom with walk-in shower.

The master suite is on the lower level with a king size bed and private bathroom. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo. Two bedrooms have queen beds and open to the upper deck and the middle bedroom has a full bed and twin bed and a tv/dvd.

WiF is included but NO CABLE TV. The TV in family room is a Smart tv. Master has Roku and upstairs middle room has DVD.

Washer and dryer are in garage. Laundry soap provided. There is ample parking and potential parking for boat trailer but cannot impede sidewalk.

Linens and bath towels are provided. Hand soap is provided but no other toiletries. Guests are to bring beach towels.
Kitchen is fully stocked with 2 coffee makers (regular with filters and a Keurig), blender, toaster, etc. Some spices are left over from past guests.
Extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags are provided. Guests are to purchase more if needed. Dish soap and dishwasher soap provided and some cleaning supplies.

We take pride in our home and love sharing it with others. However, we DO NOT allow pets. Please respect this and don't ask. We also love our neighbors and therefore, this is not a party house.

Excellent family home base for nearby wedding

We had a friend's wedding in the area and needed a hub for some of the groomsmen and their wives and children. This was the perfect place. The rooms provided exactly what we needed, and the water activities were great for children. Definitely recommended.

Great house, great location!

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We loved the outside deck!! We rented a pontoon boat from CB Pontoon Rentals one day and had a blast-highly recommend!! The inside of the house was clean but the deck furniture had a lot of spiders, it would be nice if it was rinsed off prior to guests arriving. Other than that I highly recommend this rental!!!

Great Discovery Bay home!

This house was perfect for our family! The kids were so excited to see the trampoline in the water when we showed up. They also have paddle boards and a slide. The house is close to fast water. This is a great house to stay at!

Short getaway

The house was great! the whole process was easy and effortless check in and check out. We had a wonderful weekend and we enjoyed having the trampoline in the water, a little hard to get on to (at least for us adults) but fun! Would for sure return.

As advertised. Nice and comfy spot on the water

Love the property and very comfortable. There aren’t a lot of extras - no coffee, extra soap, toiletries, etc but they make that clear, so come prepared or you’ll need to make a quick trip to the store. We loved the community, very quiet with various amenities close by. Great spot for a relaxing weekend away. Wish the weather had been a touch better so we could utilize the outside more and enjoy the water, oh well… next time

Bass tournament canceled

We had a great time again house was great. Tournament got canceled but still did some great fishing two daughters caught some 27” striped bass in cove trolling in boat right by the house. Had three rainy great days bass fishing. Oh and neighbor was real cool an avid fishermen as well

Pleasant stay in Discovery Bay

Overall, we had a good stay. There were a few things that I believe are worth mentioning, however. What I would call very basic staples in the kitchen were quite minimal. One of the chairs at the dining room table was broken when we arrived, so we set it aside and did not use it. Only three towels were provided in the kitchen. That is simply not enough for a three day stay. I noticed that at least one of the pillows in the living room was a bit tattered. Maybe I am being too picky, but I have previously owned a VRBO property and always made sure I paid attention to every detail. As a result, I was listed as a premier host.

Great home and location

We always love staying at this house. The kids have a blast swimming and super close to fast water. Great home for a getaway weekend or longer. Will be coming back soon.

Perfect house in the perfect location

Let me start with the fact that we’ve been renting houses on Labor Day for an annual fishing trip for 17 years running. Always the same group. This is the first year that I got the “book this same house next year”. The house is beautiful and clean. Outside area was set up very nicely with ample parking for our boats and a slide, trampoline, kayak, and paddle boards. Fishing was awesome! From the dock we caught bluegill, largemouth, and striper. My boat alone caught near 100 fish that weekend! Ample parking in the front of house to accommodate 3 trucks and trailers. Also very close to fast water (in discovery bay this is priceless!) On top of everything else Amy was wonderful. Very friendly and accommodating to our party. Great communication. We had a wonderful Labor Day and would love to rent this home again.

Perfect Spot!

This was my 3rd time renting the property and it was as great as the other 2 visits. The patio is loaded with a table and seating areas with umbrella to block the sun. It is amazing to overlook the water as you bbq and eat dinner. The location is great as it’s only 5 minutes to fast water to explore the Delta. Swimming off the dock is great and a nice trampoline in the water to play on. Loads of dishes in the cabinets and everything you need in the kitchen. Thanks again!

Nice home

This home is very comfortable and pretty much has all you need to enjoy a fabulous stay! We had a great time and the kids loved the paddle boards, slide and trampoline. We didn’t use the kayaks or bikes since we were waterskiing and wakeboarding most of the time but it was nice to know we had them. The dock has lots of cleats for boats, waverunners, etc. and nice lighting at night so we could see where we were walking on the dock well. We did find out we needed to put the umbrellas down at night or during the day if no one was at the house because the wind can come up and knock them over. It was pretty warm when we were there and AC didn’t cool as well upstairs, making it warm at night to sleep so I don’t know if there is something that could help there. Thanks for an enjoyable time! We will be back!

Family fun on the Delta

This is our second year we spent over a week at this wonderful home. Everything was easy and everyone had a great time. We were able to dock our boat and enjoy the short trip to fast water. The paddle boards & water slide were a bonus. The owners are easy to communicate with and we cant wait to stay again!

Nice, but…

Property is nice and well located. However, it was not cleaned well: many dishes and place mats were dirty; routine conveniences such as dish towels, dish soap, bar soap, and shampoo were either missing or inadequate; many corners and light fixtures were cobwebbed; owner seemed indifferent or little concerned about these issues despite extensive requirements of renters. One would expect more for the price.

We vacationed here as kids and now we have a place for our families. It is the perfect location for kids to swim safely in the cove and has easy access to fast water for skiing. The floor plan is perfect for large groups.
