Great stay in an amazing location

We love flagstaff ranch this place was perfect for our stay. Right next to the clubhouse and golf course. Everything went perfectly as planned. Easy working with the property manage and instructions were perfectly laid out.

Great weekend getaway!

Loved this weekend getaway. It’s located right across the street from the clubhouse so the kids were able to play basketball on the court in between our hiking and exploring Flagstaff. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again :)

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped with all the amenities needed to make for a comfortable stay. It was a great location for visits to Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

Beautiful house in a perfect location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is across the street from the activity center, which made it convenient for us to use the pool and the gym. The location is great for trips into Flagstaff and the neighborhood is beautiful. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great Flagstaff house

The house is in great shape, very clean and was perfect for our stay. We loved having the clubhouse and pool for Flagstaff Ranch directly across the street. The location is great with easy access to 1-40 and downtown Flagstaff. I would highly recommend the house for anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Fun family getaway

Great location directly across from Community Center. My grandkids enjoyed bball, pool, pickleball, and workout center! Vey safe to let the kids go back and forth! Would definitely stay again. Comfortable for 6 people!

Flagstaff getaway

This property was great place to escape the heat of Phoenix. Excellent location across from the community center, very comfortable house for four adults and two kids. Good response time from the owners via email and they tried to make us feel welcome. We would stay there again.

Amazing Cabin!

We rented this VRBO for our two sons’ NAU graduations. This cabin was beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped. A bit outside of town, but that adds to the relaxed vibe that you get when sitting on the wrap around porch. We will rent this one again!

Long Weekend Getaway

This property was just as described. Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. The amenities were the best I've experienced in a vacation rental. The owners were very quick to respond to any inquiries. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return in the future.

Great hangout in Flag

Super comfortable and clean. Great place and fully stocked. They have everything you need to have a perfect stay. And what a treat to be across the street from the community center. Nice split floor plan and patio. We ate all of our meals on the deck. Would definitely stay here at Flagstaff Ranch again.

Quiet time in the Pines

The house had everything to make our visit worry-free. The house was exceptionally clean and ready for us. Everything at the house works and is in a nice neighborhood area in Flag Ranch. I recommend this property.

Lovely family house in the pines

We enjoyed staying at this house with a 24 hr guard gate, the clubhouse has great food, the community center right across the street with playground/pool/gym etc... The house itself was clean and had many amenities that made you feel right at home. Loved sitting on the front or back decks watching the storms and loving enjoying the perfect weather.

House was clean and handsomely appointed. Bed and bed linens were very comfortable, so much so had to look up manufacturer of the linens!! Nice location in a lovely community. Entire visit went very well with no issues. Would recommend.

Beautiful home in great location

The home was clean and has all the ammeneties one could need. It is steps away from the activity center where the kids can play and swim. The back deck is nice, but would be even better if it had a view onto the course rather than the neighbors, and was covered to protect from occasional rains. In all this is one of the better single family homes we have stayed in the Flagstaff area.

Excellent experience for first time user.

Outstanding property. My first VRBO rental so I was a little nervous, but everything was great. Would recommend this property to anyone. Only issue might be that the neighborhood is very clean and quite, so loud, boisterous groups might want to look elsewhere. I would defiantly come back.

A Lovely Home

What a lovely home this is! Perfectly appointed and located in a gorgeous area. All information about access and special instructions for the HOA this home is located within were clear and concise. While I never needed to contact the owner, I am certain the communication would have been quite easy to engage. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is nice, clean, and right across the street from the Community centre. The house is new, well stocked, and comfortable for a family of 6.. The neighbourhood is absolutely beautiful t6o. The golf course runs through it And the path is really beautiful to walk.. In the garage was a basketball and tennis rackets with balls which the kids loved to use. The neighbourhood is conveniently located on the south side of Flagstaff, easy access to the interstate. We are looking forward to coming back.

The house was very nice, with a few exceptions. Running just a toaster and microwave tripped the breaker and the owner did not know where the breaker box was. There were plenty of linens, but not enough paper towels and toilet paper (also it was awful toilet paper). The water was scalding hot whenever the hot was barely on. The heat was very uneven. Bedrooms were many degrees higher than it was set for at night--80F vs 70F.At the time of booking, the listing for the type of beds was not accurate, but the owner confirmed the correct types. Furniture was in good condition, and the house was very clean. It is also a beautiful neighborhood.

Escape from the Heat

Flagstaff is our family favorite for a quick get away from the valley. This was the perfect house and location for us. The home is spacious, very clean, equipped with all the necessities. The Kids have on-line learning so the large dining space was perfect for them to set up for class. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and my kids enjoyed basketball and ping pong across the street as well as tinkering around the backyard. We decided to add an extra day to our stay and management was quick to respond to our request. We’d love to come back for another stay. Thank you for the hospitality.

Not Luxury, but adequate

This was described as ‘Luxurious’... In fact, it was a nice home, but very sparsely furnished. The bar stools were way too low for the counter, there were no end tables to set your beverage on, etc. There was another home not more than50’ directly behind, so privacy was zilch. We love Flagstaff Ranch, there was coffee provided, and the bed was quite comfortable, so overall we were satisfied.

Disappointed

There were several disappointments with this property. First, when we arrived the guesthouse was not expecting us as the instructions had stated. This was a bit unsettling to start our trip but worked out and the staff at the guesthouse was very friendly. Upon arrival, we encountered some disappointments. The Traeger bbq, that I specifically asked about using, was basically out of pellets. The ice maker in the fridge was blocked and required us to thaw and start over before use. The Keurig coffee maker did not work. Being someone that really looks at the rental pictures, I make plans accordingly as to what amenities are offered so this was disappointing. We right away noticed a food wrapper in the couch- that's just kind of gross. Later that night, when we pulled out the sleeper sofa more wrappers. The instructions asked that we line the oven with tin foil but the tin foil was just about completely out. The kitchen is oddly stocked- lots of kids bowls, plates, medicine droppers and whatnot. However, there were items like pyrex baking dishes, a cheese grater, better cooking utensils- that would have been nice. As people that choose vacation rentals frequently, a well stocked kitchen is appreciated. Cooking in is part of the point. The furnishings are minimal. For instance, the bedrooms don't have nightstands. Where to put your water?? Overall, we had a great trip. The neighborhood is stunning!! Probably won't book this rental again.

We are sorry that your stay was not as planned. Since your departure we did restock the kitchen amenities and condiments. We did replace the keurig coffee machine, and there were new night stands placed in the bedrooms. We have also addressed the wrappers found in the sofa bed with the cleaning crew to make sure this is not the case in the future. Our welcome email does mention that we have left a bag of tragaer pillets in the garage and should you require more, they can be easily purchased at Home Depot, we try our best to keep the property fully stocked and welcoming.
