Excellent property! super clean and had everything you needed. Great location as well. Loved having a fenced in yard for my dogs. Would absolutely stay here again

The location of this property is great. Pictures accurately depict the listing and came with all the essentials and comforts of home. Great space for large families or gatherings and the bottom floor with the bar and pool table was really nice when the weather wasn’t nice out and we stayed in. Plus there was a huge tv and couches on the other side so our whole family could hang out in one space. Mark was very responsive to any questions we had and was an easy to get a hold of if we needed to. The only thing I will point out is the parking since the listing can accommodate large groups. The listing says up to 6 cars but really you can fit one midsize suv in the garage, and two full size trucks or suvs in the driveway but it’s pretty tight. Street parking is hard to find right next to the house but if you drive further down you can find some. Overall we had a pleasant stay with our extended family and would recommend this listing and host to others!

We had a wonderful stay at this Flagstaff property for our ladies' weekend retreat! The home was exactly as described and provided plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together, while also offering enough room to spread out and have some quiet time when needed.The kitchen was a highlight—it was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, and we especially loved having a gas stove. There were ample bathrooms, the beds were very comfortable, and even the couches made for great sleeping accommodations.The property was very clean and well maintained, and the host's communication was prompt, friendly, and detailed, making the entire experience smooth from booking through checkout.We couldn't have asked for a better place for our getaway and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Flagstaff!

This is a wonderful property that welcomes pets. It is very clean and very well-appointed with everything you need in the home. The decks are really nice, and even though the home is nestled in a neighborhood, the views out back make you feel like you’re in the middle of the mountains. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for families. Easy drive to Grand Canyon and other national parks. Owner was a pleasure to work with. House had everything you wanted. Pool table was a nice addition

Well-stocked, clean, owner pays attention to every detail. Kitchen is incredible. Comfortable beds and we loved the entertainment room downstairs. Would highly recommend this property! They do it right.

Mark was extremely communicative. The house was stocked with all necessary kitchen equipment, toiletries, amenities, linens, etc. The house is a quick 10 min drive to downtown and easy to navigate to. Would recommend!

We had 9 family members stay here. We used it as a base to visit the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Work out well. Accommodations were nice and clean. We used the kitchen and living rooms to make meals and discuss our adventures.We had a few minor issues that were quickly resolved due to quick communication with Mark.
