Property was very clean and so conveniently located to the ocean. The beach house and pool located on the beach made staying off the ocean totally ok. So many amenities and extras provided with the condo. Property owners communication was outstanding, they were very hospitable. Look forward to staying here again!!

AMAZING!! Very clean, 1 minute walk to the pool, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great amenities including beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon; nice pickleball courts. Host is very responsive and helpful!! We will definitely be back!

Great location! And excellent amenities. The host was extremely responsive to any of our needs or questions, and the property had nearly everything we needed to have a fantastic beach trip for a long weekend. We definitely plan on coming back!

Me and my family had a great stay here! It was not a long walk from the beach or other areas around which was great! There was great communication with the host! Will definitely be back!

Wonderful getaway

The property was well maintained and beautiful! Everything we needed for our stay was available for use. We will definitely try to book this again next year for our family vacation.

Our stay was great. As soon as we got there I had to call mark and he answered right away and got us fixed up. Everything was nice and clean. Definitely would love to stay again.

Great location!

We had a great stay! The proximity to the beach was great, we were also close to restaurants and activities we wanted to try out! My only complaint was the shower floor in the main bedroom wasn't as clean as i would have liked, but a quick scrub and it was fine. We would stay here again!

Gulf Highlands

Even Better the Second Time!

This was our second stay at this property and we had a wonderful time. Everything you need is available - you are within feet of the pool and a short walk to the beach. A cart and chairs are provided, which saves room in the car, and the amenities are great. Awesome place for a trip to the beach!

Wonderfully Equipped Condo

What a great experience renting 158 Grande Island Blvd condo!! Mark, the owner was super responsive from day 1. Great location, everything and more you would need to have a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, the bikes and beach cart were a great plus!! We would HIGHLY recommend this condo in PCB.

Good location for beach access and great pool near our condo.

Our condo was exactly what it said it was. Kitchen was furnished well. It had an abundance of ocean and pool toys to use. Along with beach chairs. It was quiet and neighbors were nice.

Beach Weekend Getaway

Me and my 2 best friends went for a 4 day, 3 night stay. We loved every minute of it! The check in process was so smooth and Mark was so helpful. The condo felt just like home and they have thought of everything! We enjoyed our quick walk to the beach and found so many cute photo opportunities in the area. This is truly a slice of paradise! We will definitely return for another stay.

attention to detail

Just show up... we found this property to be ideal for a beach getaway! Extremely clean and thoughtfully appointed, it's a 1-min walk to the nicest pool in the neighborhood and 5-min walk to the beach - chairs/umbrella/cooler provided, along with a wagon for transporting it all. What makes it even nicer is the owner's responsiveness and communication.

Perfect Location and Accommodations

After being overwhelmed with choosing a place to stay in PCB, we happened upon this property. The outdoor space on the canal and the all included extras (bikes, beach chairs, grill, mini golf, shuffleboard, etc) are what sealed the deal for us. It turned out to be an amazing location- literally a 5 min walk to the beach and 10 second walk to the beautiful pool. We were thrilled with it and will absolutely book again if we return to the area. Mark was easy to contact and quick to respond. Absolutely recommend!

Exceeded Expectations!!!

This is an amazing property. Owners are easy to deal with and communication is great. Condo far exceeded my expectations. Great kitchen, great beds, great shower. It's a great location right by the biggest pool in the complex and it is also one of the closest properties to the beach. Everything you need is in the condo. Just bring your own food and you are all set!!!

Very nice condo!

We loved our stay in this condo! Everything was modern and clean. We really liked the lagoon out back. We loved staying in the newer part of Gulf Highlands. The pool in this section is the best in the resort. It wasn’t a bad walk to the beach. Much closer than other places we’ve stayed in the resort. Our teenage son and his friend appreciated use of the 2 bicycles. The bowling alley was close enough to ride the bikes. This was our 3rd time staying at Gulf Highlands. This was our favorite condo!

Absolutely perfect!

The condo is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. Everything is upgraded and extremely clean. The back patio is a great place to sit, hang out and eat dinner. The owners are extremely nice and helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was excellent. Really short walk to the beach. We used th umbrella and chairs that were there and they were so nice! The beds were very comfortable. The showers had great pressure. 5 stars from us! We will be back!!! We’ve stayed in Gulf Highlands numerous times and this condo has by far been the best.

Great Find

So glad I came acoss Mark's listing! It really does have even more than you expect from a beach rental, with some basic dishwashing and laundry supplies, and even non perishables in the pantry! There was a Keurig on the counter and a regular coffee maker in the pantry which we used, as well as filtered water from the fridge and an icemaker. Plus the beach chairs, wagon, and bikes were great to use during our stay. So nice having plenty of bathroom towels too. Backing up to the canal provided a relaxing way to end our evenings, and we were a quick 5 min walk across the little canal bridge and through the gated access point to cross the road right to the beach. The beach club house was closed for renovations, but it didn't impact us, and the beachside pool was still open (but we used the bigger pool by the condo instead). One of our favorite PCB restaurants, Saltwater Grille, was just on the other side of the complex which was a nice surprise, and Walmart was maybe a mile or two down the road, so very accessible. Would definitely recommend this rental for an amazing, clean, and affordable getaway!
