We had a wonderful experience with our booking. Host-Clint, very responsive on communication. House was in a good location. Blocks from beach access. In driving distance to restaurants.

This is a great location!!! What an awesome time we had. The dogs loved it.It's fenced in back yard made it real easy with dogs.I would recommend anyone!

The condo was prefect for our family. It was great for our dog as well. It’s can be hard to find a place to accommodate a dog that doesn’t charge crazy prices.

Very clean and close to everything

The only issue we had was the T.V. in the master bedroom was mounted too high on the wall and the plug would not reach the outlet , other than that everything was great

Hi Preston, thanks for the review. I’m sorry to hear you had an issue with the TV. I wish you would have let me know as the tv is adjustable and has not been moved and has always been able to be plugged in. I’m guessing it got pushed up a little to wear it appeared the cord didn’t reach. I appreciate your feedback so we can be aware of that for future guests. Thanks again Clint

Great Weekend Dive trip

bed bugs

horrible stay. active bed bug activities in the master bedroom. pls check all bed and headboard. they need to deal with this before renting

Unfortunately at the end of December we had a guest bring in bed bugs to one of the rooms. They were on of the headboard which was made of plank type wood. Once this was found out we shut down the property for all of January and the first half of February in order to have a professional exturiminator come to the property and resolve the issue. The head board was completely removed and replaced and over the month of January and first of February Massey's Service Pest Control in Panamy City came to the property for weekly treatments. Massey's also recommended encasement cover for the beds which have been installed. We have taken their lead to ensure this has been dealt with properly. They felt as do we that the issues was more then resolved. We reopened the property by mid February and have already had multiple guests stay without any problem. Grace was refunded all of her money and attempts were made to try and help them find a new place to stay. Clint

Excellent!!!

We booked a week stay for a family of 7. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. It is set in a great central location spot not far from the beach or shopping areas. It's a beautiful home with plenty of room and additional amenities. We would highly recommend and will definitely book again if we make our way back down.

Lagoon Hideaway

It’s a very pretty place. Close to shopping centers and restaurants. It is about 10 mins walking distance if younger and able to walk it but very close drive to beach. The Lagoon Hideaway was very clean and we would rent again.

Lagoon hideaway

We had a great stay. Th townhouse was very clean and had everything we needed. It was larger than we thought it would be. It was close to shopping/restaurants/beach- we walked to the beach. It had parking right to the front of the townhouse. Our neighbors were quiet and communication with our host was excellent. It definitely deserves a 5star rating

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and smelled great. The location of the home made it easy to get to everything. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Happy

Our stay at the Holiday Beach House was great. The beds were comfortable, more than enough pillows were provided and the sheets were soft. The house had plenty enough room for our two dogs to play and having a fenced in back yard was great. Loved the open floor plan upstairs with the kitchen and living room area. It was nice having a bathroom upstairs as well. Our property manager, Clint, was excellent with communicating with us. We never had to wait on his reply to our messages. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to get away for a vacation. It's been a joy to stay there.
