This is a 2 story house with 4 Bedrooms all upstairs, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage with a fireplace in the living room. The house is in a safe neighborhood and as a big back yard for the kids to safely play. (The backyard is not fully fenced in) The house is completely furnished with all amenities included. Bring your tooth brush and some clothes and you will feel right at home. Direct TV is in every room with internet access included. Pets are welcomed for a $50 fee. You are 10 min. from the Kentucky Horse Park and 20 min. from downtown Lexington. Monthly rental discount is available.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms were clean as was the entire house. The location was so convenient and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

Great friends getaway

Excellent place to stay for the horse park

The property is very well maintained and in great condition. Great proximity to the horse park. We had a lot of fun and this house made the trip very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving trip with a cozy fire and hot chocolate!We enjoyed our stay very much, spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. Quick communication from host. Perfect location, close to I75. Enjoyed pizza from FatKatz down the street. Would definitely return if available on our next trip to Kentucky.

Nice quiet neighborhood

Spent a wonderful 4 days with our son, his wife and their three young kids. Was a wonderful place to wind down after a full day of adventures. Would love to go back again some day

Horse park PERFECT

Great neighborhood, beautiful home, clean, plenty of room, beds are comfortable. Great host. Easy to get to. Close to Kentucky horse park. Highly recommended.

The house was beautiful. In a quiet neighborhood, just a mile from food/gas/shopping and 3 miles from downtown old Georgetown. A large fenced back yard. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, there were coffee pots and a tea kettle. A tv (direct tv) in every bedroom and the family room. Plenty of tables and chairs for a large group of 8 like our group. Long drive can accommodate 6 cars/SUVs. Just a great stay. Thank you JP.

Roomy nice Home

We were four adult female family members visiting the area. We loved each having our own room and the living area was spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely recommend

Awesome house

The house was in great shape. Open and bright floor plan. Huge back yard. JP was very responsive to a basic need we had at check in. We’ve already booked again for our next trip.

Retirement/Thanksgiving family gathering

Lots of space, plenty of kitchen cookware, etc. Large dining room to eat and play games - there were 7 of us at the table. Quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms were large!

Perfect!

This home was perfect for our family to stay at so we could visit our youngest daughter, who attends UK, for the holiday! We also have family who lives in Stamping Ground/Nicholasville and Harrodsburg. Perfect quiet neighborhood. We’ve always stayed in Lexington or Nicholasville over the years, but we loved Georgetown and will be staying in this area again! Highly recommend this home and area!

Hit the jackpot!

Great house, neighborhood, location in a historic quaint friendly town! The fully furnished well stocked house was exactly as shown on the website, & owner communication timely & caring for our needs. One bedroom not totally cleaned, but the rest of the house was very clean. Even the lawn was manicured. It was so great, that I’d make an offer to buy the house if I were moving to that area!!

Excellent place to stay

I am hesitant to write this review, because selfishly I want to keep it a secret. We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. It fit our needs just perfectly. We had no problems at all. We LOVED staying here. We were in for a horse related event at the Kentucky Horse Park. The location was perfect for this. The owner was kind, responsive and thorough. The house has four very large bedrooms. The nice part about the stay was that everything you realistically could want was in the house. We used all the features of the house except the large backyard. It was very clean. The neighborhood seemed safe and quiet, which was really nice. Thank you JP for the opportunity to stay in your lovely home.
