Loved our stay!

Cute and clean home with a great back yard in a quiet neighborhood. Location was perfect for us and host communication was top notch!

Perfect location for Keeneland weekend!

UK Family Weekend

Our family stayed for our UK student’s family weekend. It was the perfect size and perfect location to meet our needs during our visit. Highly recommend this house and these hosts!

Locksmith needed to enter. No hot water. After plumber came, you could only run hot water in one room at a time. The furniture was very uncomfortable. The showers were slippery. There were no spoons for cereal. The storm doors did not fit properly. The sink in one bathroom was about 4 inches by 6 inches. A joke. The response to our problems was genuine and quick but these issues never should have happened in the first place.

March Stay

We had a girls weekend at this property, and it was perfect! Perfect location to downtown and to last minute snacks/food, clean, lots of beds for people to sleep, and super trendy. I would highly recommend staying at this property!

Work trip respite

The location was very clean and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The house was exactlt as advertised and had everything we needed. The communication was with the owner was awesome.

Gather in LEX

This property, while small, delivered for our group of 7 adults (two couples, 3 singles) for a long weekend celebrating a friends wedding. We were able to cook for 7 easily in the kitchen and we ate outside on the deck. The hot tub and more importantly the fire pit (and accompanying S’Mores) were an awesome addition to our weekend plans.
