Perched atop Bluff Mountain with breathtaking views of Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains, Oliver Overlook is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin. Upon your arrival, you

will immediately feel right at home here! Snuggle by the wood-burning fireplace or unwind in the hot tub as you take in the scenery. From the deck, enjoy the gorgeous early morning sunrise, long-range mountain vistas, and the sparkling lights of Pigeon Forge at night—perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.



Sleeping Arrangements: Oliver Overlook comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. The main level has a queen bedroom. The loft features a king bedroom with its own private bathroom and a game room with a futton.



Location & Access: The cabin is easily accessible with only three steps to the front door. Conveniently located off Wears Valley Road, just 5 miles from Pigeon Forge, Oliver Overlook offers the perfect balance of seclusion and proximity to attractions, shopping, and dining.



Perfect For: A family vacation, a honeymoon, an anniversary, a girls getaway! Oliver Overlook is the ideal retreat to relax, recharge, and make lasting memories.

Be Safe: Mountain roads can become hazardous or impassable in snow and ice. The last 1/4 mile to the cabin is a steep, curvy, one-lane, paved private road. Normally, a 2-wheel drive is sufficient, but inclement weather requires a 4-WHEEL/ALL-WHEEL DRIVE. In the winter, we highly recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE in case mountain roads are

impassable due to snow or ice.

BE AWARE- You are in Bear Country, do not feed bears or leave food in cars. Lock the car door.

BRING YOUR OWN - Charcoal for grilling and Firewood for the wood-burning fireplace in winter.

NO PETS - $300 fine and asked to leave

KEEP IN TOUCH - If you have any problem, let us know while you are there, we will try our best to solve it.

GUEST LIMIT- 6 Guests maximum, including children; if exceeded, the fine is $100 per guest.

VEHICLES - Motorcycles and trailers are not recommended or safe.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The views were incredible. The home was clean and comfortable. Please note a 4 wheel drive vehicle is crucial. The home is on a steep incline. Overall our stay was great and received good communication from host.

Wow! The view is crazy! The cabin is so beautiful and clean and cozy! The host communication was great! The road in is very steep but could be traversed in my Honda civic but it is difficult the first time and gets easier. Would not do in winter months without a more capable vehicle. I will rent this cabin again.

The view is the most spectacular view! We woke up every morning with a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was perfect. We even had a visit from a furry friend.

Amazing views. Hot tub was set and ready to go. Fun play area with punches, a few board game and a pool table set up.Not a 5 star due to a faulty window seal during a strong storm a lot of water was dripping into the home. We did communicate with the property manager and they communicated with us effectively and quickly about the situation.

Great stay! Perfect place for our family. We really loved the great view and enjoyed watching beautiful sunrises. Great location too, not too far of a drive to get to main attractions. Host was also very fast to respond to any questions we had!

Cabin was exactly how advertised. Amazing views and the hot tub was perfect. It was our first vacation with our 7 month daughter and it was great! Would highly recommend.

Wonderful experience all around. The mountain view from the deck was the best part of the whole week! Everything was clean. There were a couple of dry goods items that were missing but the host was very responsive and the problem quickly fixed.

Cabin was in an excellent location. We had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, utensils, linens. Washer & dryer for extended stays is always essential for us so that was great. The views were amazing. If you like views this place is for you & we recommend taking the scenic routes to get to it!

Oliver Overlook has an amazing view of the mountains. You can see the ligts of the strip where all the attractions are located and see the fireworks from our cabin. The cabin has a secluded feel but only 12 minutes from the strip.
