THIS HOME IS A LICENSED (STR) Short Term Rental, which means it has been inspected for safety, complies with the neighborhood codes and is registered with the city.

Immaculate, super clean & cozy 4 bedroom home centered in the heart Cache Valley! It has Smart TVs & a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful shady & fenced backyard. Walking distance to trails, River Hollow Park , famous
Herm’s Inn (dining), USU & First Dam recreation area.

5-to-10 ten minute drive to Logan Temple, Historic Downtown Logan, Logan Canyon, shopping, restaurants, theaters and to USU’s Campus, Football Stadium, Basketball Spectrum, Aggie Ice Cream Shop and all that USU offers.
Enjoy a scenic drive through beautiful Logan Canyon to hiking trails, Stokes Nature Center, Wind Caves, Beaver Mountain Ski Area, Tony Grove and Bear Lake.

THE SPACE

This home has so much charm. Original hardwood floors, decor keeping with the style and age of the home, newly finished bathrooms are only a few of the things that make this home so desirable. Four bedrooms with a bonus room that can serve as a children’s playroom (toys included) office or sleeping area and lots of reading books. Cot and air mattresses are available. On top of that, this home has an extra large garage for parking and for items such as bikes, ski equipment, etc. It also has a fantastic backyard!

Absolutely perfect!

House was extremely clean and well furnished. Beds were comfortable and location to USU and Logan canyon were convenient and exactly what we were looking for.

Great spot for families

We really enjoyed our stay. This is a greatvhouse with lots of space and is in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great Stay

Property was immaculate, the yard is great with large trees. Loved sitting on the patio in the evening enjoying the cool canyon breeze. Neighborhood is quite and perfect for walking.

Perfectly located, clean and homey

Right in the middle of Logan and just short drive to Providence and Hyde Park. Check in was super easy. Communication was timely and helpful!

Great place in Logan’s Island area!

Vucy’s place was just as described! Quiet neighborhood, plenty of amenities! Would definitely stay again! Very quick to reply when I had questions!

Loved this cozy, private house!

Super clean and cozy house that would be great for families, couples, or single travelers. The neighborhood is quiet with little traffic- very peaceful but close to everything. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything was perfect!

Annual girl’s trip

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip to this sweet older home. It was very lovingly restored with all the comforts we needed and wanted. The neighborhood was very quiet, convenient and close to USU and Logan Canyon. We were even gifted by the owner a bowl of the most delicious apples. Thank you!

Ideal Logan home

This home worked out just great for us. It was very clean and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. The location was convenient, the neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. And there is a nice backyard too! I heartily recommend it and I hope to stay there again someday.

Great house and owner

This old and charming house has been beautifully updated and maintained and is in a beautiful location. The house was immaculate on arrival and included some personal welcome touches from the owner and included everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Awesome place, awesome host

Very clean, cozy home. Four bedrooms were great. We were in town to ski and visit family and the home worked perfectly. Thanks for the cookies, candies and several helpful notes. Very positive feeling home and recommend it to anyone.

Cute Older Home in Quiet Neighborhood

This home is older but only the pictures on the wall give it away. It’s been very well maintained. It’s at the end of a quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything. The kids loved the play room. Some other reviews mentioned the creaky floors which we noticed as well (when you have small kids, every noise makes a difference at night) but we travel with sound machines and we’re able to adjust. Very clean home. Would stay here again.

Just What We Wanted

This home was just perfect for us. It has been well designed and furnished for a comfortable stay. It's roomy and in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a church next door, but even on Sunday noise was minimal. Lots of special touches like quality paper goods ready when you arrive. Notes on rules and instructions given with gentle, friendly reminders. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed and more. Very close to downtown Logan where we spent most of our time attending events at the Utah Opera and Musical Festival and the Lyric Repertory. Highly recommend Le Croissant Bakery. Sourdough bread and scones were outstanding. Definitely would rent again.

Cute, Clean, and Convenient

We enjoyed our stay at Vucy’s! It is a darling older home in a quiet, central location that has been nicely updated with fresh paint and furnishings. It was sparkling clean and well stocked with necessary items. There were plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, air mattresses, a nicely stocked kitchen, and many extras like treats, snacks, and toiletry items. Things were well organized and labeled, which was super convenient. Check in and check out were easy and communication with Kelli was smooth. We were impressed and we highly recommend Vucy’s!

Close and Convenient

The house was close to USU which was convenient. The only issue I had was with communication. It was the day before my trip and still hadn’t received any communication from the host. I had to contact her. After I contacted her, she didn’t reply with any information for another 20 hours. Even then, it was just the code to the house. I’m used to getting more communication from the host.

Great weekend place

The home is nicely kept up for the age. We mostly used it for a sleeping place and for breakfast. It was nicely furnished and each of the four bedrooms (2 up and 2 down) had nice beds. If we would have had children with us it would have been a great place because one of the rooms had a bunch of toys, games, and books. It was so nice. It has a second room down in the basement that was nice to escape to when grandpa had the tv on something we didn’t love. All in all it fit us perfectly and we enjoyed the amenities. It is not far from the university and temple , which were our main destinations. Has access to lots of shops and restaurants. It’s nestled in a nice neighborhood near the mouth of Logan canyon. Thanks for having us and giving us a place to relax after enjoying things all day in Logan.
