Rent the entire main floor apartment. Includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, family room, laundry room, and a private deck with stunning mountain views.
PLEASE NOTE: This property includes a separate basement apartment with its own private entrance. We are the owners and split our time between Utah and Houston — on occasion, we may be present in the basement unit during your stay. We want to be fully transparent about this so there are no surprises. We respect your privacy completely and will not interfere with your stay in any way.


Excellent condition, clean, quiet neighborhood. 3BD/2BA sleeps up to 6+. Beautiful full kitchen with incredible views of the mountains. Private deck with grill — the views from the window are fabulous.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: King bed with comfortable mattress and shared bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with comfortable mattress and shared bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed with comfortable mattress and shared bathroom.
Travel crib available for little ones.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, blender, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and pantry items. Kitchen island for extra prep space and casual dining.

OUTDOOR:
Private deck with grill and outdoor furniture. Enjoy spectacular mountain views while you relax or cook out.

LOCATION:
Take a trip to Beaver Mtn. ski resort or spend a day at Bear Lake. Explore the numerous hiking and biking trails in this beautiful area. Or enjoy an evening at the Ellen Eccles Theatre, and don't forget to grab some famous Aggie ice cream.

House rules: No smoking/vaping, no pets.

The house was a cute and clean home but the owners were staying on the property which was not disclosed on the Vrbo site description or communicated until we arrived. We wanted to utilize the patio and grass area but felt uncomfortable in doing so as the owners could see right into the house and patio. When renting through Vrbo we like a private comfortable house to stay in and this unfortunately was not that.

Great stay! Good location. Check in was easy. Host was available when needed. Comfortable home. Plenty of space for us. We had a great time visiting family and friends!

Excellent stay

Everything that we expected and then some. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and dishes etc. Plus with condiments and supplies in the refrigerator and pantry!

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is very comfortable and we had plenty of room for all four of us to find our own space. We were surprised to meet the owners during our first stay, but I'm not sure they were there this time. Do know that you need to provide your own bar of soap for the shower. The Master bath had body wash, but the second bathroom didn't even have that. That's a small price to pay for such a lovely home, just be prepared. When we arrived, the back door was ajar, which left the house quite warm, but the A/C was able to catch up sometime during the night and the rest of the stay was comfortable. I'm 90% sure the property manager entered the home on the second day of our stay to deliver an additional trash can and some Ziploc bags we'd been unable to find the first day. I can't say with absolute certainty those items weren't there our entire stay, but I do think we would've noticed them before we did if they'd been there the whole time.Nothing was amiss, just not something I expect from a vrbo. I'm the kind of traveler who doesn't let hotel housekeeping into my room though. So I may just be over sensitive to that.Neither of these will deter me from staying there again though.Thank you for sharing your home!
