Lakefront studio complete with efficiency kitchen. Private entrance and access to kayaks to enjoy the lake and mountain views. Swim off the dock and enjoy a lakeside campfire with smores! Located between Greenville and Spartanburg we are just minutes from the airport and generally less than half an hour from downtown of either city. This apartment is upstairs, so please keep that in mind. Cable TV & Wi-fi.

Relaxing and memorable

Visiting our son and his friends at college, this was the perfect place to hang out with them and enjoy the outdoors. The hosts were so amenable to our needs. And home made cookies awaited us upon arrival! Would absolutely stay every time we visit!

Perfect Place

This is probably the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. Very clean. Communication with the homeowner was top notch. We enjoyed napping in the hammock and reading in the swing out by the lake. Close enough to Greenville to go into town for a little fun, but far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with traffic and noise. Such a quiet cozy little space. And the homeowner left homemade brownies for our arrival!

Great Getaway!!

Perfect little spot for a quiet getaway. It was spotless, cutely decorated, well stocked, and easy drive into Greenville if you want to leave the serenity of the lake for a while. Carol was easy to communicate with throughout the process and even on site. Would highly recommend. nsiteWould.highly recommend

Great place to relax

Very clean, warm, and inviting place to stay. Hosts are friendly and helpful and the property is beautiful. Much better than a hotel stay. Just be aware there are stairs to climb which is noted in the listing. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place in the country

Easy to find and close enough to stores or restaurants but set in a wonderful lake side location that is so peaceful and relaxing. After 2 weeks on the coast we were looking for somewhere in country to perhaps explore the area but this was so lovely we ended up staying on the property most of the time. Many thanks to John n Carol for making us welcome and the delightful studio. Would certainly return if in the area. P.S. We really enjoyed using the kayaks on the lake. Thanks

Lovely Place!

This studio apartment is perfect for a couple looking for some peace and relaxation. The room is quite cheery and everything is very clean. The bed is super comfy. The lake is beautiful. The gracious hosts have thought of everything that might be needed, and if you need something, they will provide it if they can. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Wonderful studio apartment above the owner's garage. Steps away from the beautiful lake. Took the kayaks out for a spin in beautiful weather. Highly recommended !!

Neat, quaint and cozy. Owners prompt to help with your every need. Could not ask for a lovelier place to stay for a few days. Beautiful setting. Lovely sun rises and sunsets.

Perfect place for my visit!

My son and his family lives less than 10 minutes from here. It was the perfect place for me to head to after spending a day playing with my 4 grandchildren ages 5 and under. The bed was super comfortable and loved that it had a walk-in shower as well. I will definitely stay here again!

Fall For Greenville Weekend!

Our hosts were super courteous, which was a major plus for us! The room was impeccably clean, quite, inviting, private and overall was an amazing stay. Downtown Greenville, Fall for Greenville festival was fun, well organized, great energy and welcoming! Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little sudio compartment over the garage with a private entrance. Just right for me and hubby to stay and visit family. Beautiful lake with boat dock, canoes, firepit at our disposal. Very friendly and gracious hosts to greet you on arrival.

Sweet spot on Lake Lyman

This little FROG was absolutely top notch. Clean comfortable and quiet. Tastefully decorated and all appliances/bed very new. The Reeds were consummate hosts, they greeted us upon arrival and left cookies and ice cream 😊 We wanted for nothing! We weren’t able to take advantage of the lake and canoe/kayaks as we were working. We definitely want to stay again!

Lovely stay and gracious hosts

Wow - we were so pleased with everything about our stay. We were given a key to our private entrance to our rooms, and treated to a plate of cookies. The rooms were clean. The kitchen had supplies for cooking on the stovetop. The bathroom was well-stocked with supplies. The kayaks and canoe were a real hit, especially with our grandkids that visited us. Our grandson caught his first fish off their dock! John and Carol are gracious hosts, and were helpful in so many ways. They are a joy! We highly recommend this VRBO!!
