Bungalow Home with EV charger - No Cleaning Fee


CLEANING FEE IS INCLUDED IN RENTAL FEE.

Fully furnished home in Spartanburg. 2 Bedrooms furnished with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, 50" SmartTV in living room and 43" in upstairs bedroom with cable and WIFI access. Nice driveway, fenced in back yard. There is not a back door inside the house that leads to the fenced yard. Great place for quick getaway to Spartanburg, Greenville or surrounding areas, great for business people traveling or visiting family in the area. Note there are crowing roosters near the property that can be your wakeup alarm. Sound machines in bedrooms and ear plugs available.

EV charger for electric vehicle is a NEMA 14-50 230 voltage outlet. You must bring your own charging cable to plug in the outlet.

NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AT THIS PROPERTY.

This home is perfect for a small amount of people. The neighborhood is very quiet too!The rooms are clean and the downstairs bathroom/laundry room is spacious. We were very comfortable during our stay.

We had a very nice stay at this VRBO! The home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The amenities were thoughtful, it was pet friendly , and had a washer & dryer. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway.

The house has everything you need, plus more. We were welcomed with a card, snacks, the air conditioner turned on and messages to ensure that we had everything we needed, including support with a closed road sign. They have books, 3 TVs, board games and a chair that massages and hears you. This was a smooth process and if we ever need to come back here again, we’ll definitely try to stay here again!

I can’t recommend this home enough. The host provided extras that made the stay far and above what I’d have expected. I can’t think of a single criticism. As a huge bonus, there is a level 2 EV charger plug as well. Bring your own cable. Super helpful and made a huge difference in our stay there.

There were quite a few extras there that really enhanced my stay like snacks, readily available extra paper ttowel, towels, and a great instruction booklet for your electronics available like the healing/AC units and television.
