The apartment has two bedrooms in two different floors so both bedrooms have a lot of privacy. On the top floor there is a kitchen, a small living room (with TV/cable), and a dining table. The apartment complex is literally on the beach also steps away to the beat shopping and dining in Cancun. Parking available. 24hr security building.
Within the building, guests can access any of the 3 pool areas in the complex which include bathrooms and many lounge chairs. There is also a convenience store located on the first floor of the building where you can purchase a few things including purified water, snacks and beer. There is also a tennis court in the complex which you can use in case you feel Iike doing some sports :)

The top bedroom is bright and airy with "en suite" bathroom and a private terrace. Only steps to the sand, enjoy all the amenities that the complex has to offer, including three pools, whirlpools, convenience store, juice bar, and more. The bedroom has a large private terrace with a partial ocean view, perfect for a quick or extended stay. . All in a 24hr. security building.
The bottom bedroom is an extra large master bedroom with private "en suite" bath.. This downstairs room has all the basics a group of up to four would need. Large king bed, brand new futon, cable tv, airconditioning, three swimming pools and sliding doors that open out on to a small private garden area.
