The balcony on this condo was incredible with amazing views of the Gulf. Everything in the condo was exactly was pictured, check in was smooth, and Wendy was extremely responsive to messages. We would definitely return if we’re back in the PCB area and I’ve already recommended this property to so many friends and family!

Beautiful Condo

This is the most comfortable condo! Amenities can't be beat. Tastefully decorated and great outdoor seating. I would definitely recommend this unit to others and look forward to staying there again..

Fantastic location, large condo, great views

We stayed for 5 nights with our kiddos for a dance competition and it couldn't have been more convenient. Wendy was super helpful and communication was direct and fast throughout the entire process. Will stay again. Thanks!

Beautiful property, will be back!

My family and I were so pleased with this finely managed property. Everything was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Wendy was absolutely amazing and available for anything that was needed. Having the beach item such as chairs and wagon available for use was a plus! My family enjoyed our stay and we will defiantly book this property again!!!

We had a great time for our last dance nationals trip. We had 3 moms and 3 daughters that got to spend great quality time together. Thanks for helping us create memories we will never forget. It was so convenient to the convention center.

16th birthday celebration

Grandson celebrated his 16th birthday along with two of his friends. He had a blast! The beach was beautiful. The property is very nice and conveniently located close to so many attractions. Fun for everyone!

Location was perfect for our vacation and the right height to mix views without long elevator wait times. Condo is as advertised, great for bigger families and all beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. The digital door entry was something new to get used to, but Wendy was quick to reset when too many buttons were pushed.

Best condo Edgewater

This condo is beautiful, the wrap around balcony and amenities are amazing.. you never have to leave the resort, anything you need is onsite! Our party of 6 adults had plenty of room and the available beach gear was a plus. I’ve been coming to this resort for the past 30 years and this condo is the best…newly renovated! Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed!

3 Senior couples

The condo was very nice with absolutely beautiful view from the huge wrap around balcony. The furniture was very comfortable and all appliances worked well. I loved that our shower had such nice water pressure and that the A/C worked great!!!The 5th floor views from balcony and dining room and living room were spectacular!Easy parking and access to beach and pool. Great pool with music !

Right on the Beach

Lots to do at the Edgewater resort and this property is big enough for a family. The property manager is exceptionally responsive and is more than willing to do what it takes to ensure a great stay. The condo is well equipped with all the essentials to make your stay successful. There is a wagon to assist with taking items back and fort to the beach or to your vehicle. And those views!!!! Chairs on the deck to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the ocean waves. What could be better? You won’t be disappointed renting this condo and the owner is superb!

Great Condo

We had a wonderful time at this condo. First off, I think this is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed at. Great job by the cleaning staff. The beds were so comfortable. We had 8 people all together, and we had plenty of room. The views from the condo are gorgeous! I loved the resort and the location of this condo. We had adults, teens, and small children and there was something on the resort for everyone! We had a small incident with the batteries dying in the door keypad, and Ms. Wendy was right on it to correct the issue! Quick and easy communication with the host! Overall, great experience!

Wonderful Stay

We have stayed at many of the condos at edgewater beach resort throughout the years. This condo has been by far our favorite. Very clean, spacious and had all the essentials we needed. The views were breathtaking from inside and the wrap around balcony. I would highly recommend. Plus, the owner was great to work with. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
