We had a wonderful 12 night stay at this very clean and comfortable home away from home. When the weather permitted, we enjoyed time on the balcony which overlooks a small pretty Square. The owner was very quick to respond to any inquiries before and during our stay. The location of the apartment was perfect, and Estepona is a special place to visit. We would not hesitate to book this apartment if we were to return to Estepona. Thank you Janine and Bassel.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, quiet for sleeping in January, great kitchen tools. The problem with the water heater was fixed on Sunday! Amazing response by owner and plumber! We will return.

The location of this apartment is terrific with access to lots of street life. It's also convenient for shopping of all kinds and lots of restaurants. A 10 minute walk to the beach down the lovely Terrazza. Everything you need is in the apartment.

Excellent apartment , clean and tidy. Had all the facilities that we required. Good location in the center of town. Would highly recommend the apartment.

Good to be back.

We were happy to return to this apartment in its great location in central Estepona, after a five year absence. Lots to see and do within easy walking distance. Growth and infrastructure changes have increased the level of human and vehicular activity in the immediate area. We would stay here again.

Good location, very clean well equipped property

We stayed for 8 nights at this very clean and well equipped apartment. It is in an excellent location in the old town with a wonderful beach and many restaurants just a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent and they were very understanding about an issue we had that was not of their making and we thank you for that understanding. We would have no hesitation in returning for another stay in this apartment

Poor communication on arrival. Constant road works for all of the two weeks, had we known we may have considered another property. That said once we over come a few hiccups with the apartment it suited us down to the ground. Excellent location.

It needs heating in the winter. English speaking tv The internet description needs updating. Apart from the above we had a lovely time. The apartment is in a fabulous place, everything on your doorstep.

Thank you for your feedback. Yes Estepona tempersture can get cold in the winter months and for that reason we offer portable heaters in the rooms to warm it up. Not really sure about what's meant regarding updating the Internet description as we have not really changed that required adding anything additional. We're glad you liked the apartment apartment and the great location!

Perfect Spot for Old Town Estepona

Janine and Bassel were absolutely excellent hosts. They responded promptly to any concerns or questions we had. We felt very safe and secure in this apartment. The proportions of the entire space of the apartment made us feel very comfortable in addition to lots of light and cross ventilation. We always had fresh air. The balcony is small, but very much a delight to be on especially in the morning to enjoy the sunrise and to watch the activity of the street and the park. The park gave the balcony and the entire apartment a very pleasant atmosphere. Both the kitchen and the bathroom are very well equipped and it was so nice to be able to have the clothes washing machine off the back balcony, as well. Yes indeed, the apartment is only a five minute walk from the beach along the central pedestrian walkway through the centre of the old town. We would book this apartment again in a heart beat. What a great way to enjoy Historic Estepona. This apartment made us feel very much at home and we fell in love with it.

Location! Location!! Location!!!

This cute, bright and modern looking apartment is right in the old town and in the middle of everything. You just step outside and have what you need right there. We enjoyed wonderful meals on the sunny little terrace (even in the middle of winter). Not only is the new major pedestrian street right below, but there is also a little park right in front, so you always see lots of green, palm trees and flowers. We also got to enjoy a few parades (marching band and all) right from our balcony. The old town is absolutely beautiful and we felt safe at all hours. The apartment itself has been very tastefully refurbished. We cooked many meals in the wonderful kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there is lots of bedding. The clothes washer has a problem with the start button but I believe it is being replaced. A few other minor things show some wear and tear but I am sure those will be replaced as well. Fatima, who takes care of the apartment, was very sweet and was easily reachable if we had any questions. Oh, and everything was impeccably clean upon our arrival! In conclusion, we LOVED this apartment and would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Malas formas del dueño.

Contento con la ubicación y el tamaño del apartamento, pero disgustado con los comentarios del dueño al indicarle que de las tres cacerolas existentes en la cocina dos estaban totalmente inservibles (quemadas y sucias) y el mantel de la cocina lleno de manchas de grasa. El dueño contestó que si no estábamos de acuerdo con el apartamento nos fuésemos. No creo que sean formas de contestar a unos inquilinos, que siempre han hablado con él de forma educada. Si la persona encargada de limpiar la casa está enferma (tal y como nos indicó), debería haber buscado otra forma de solucionarlo, cosa que no ocurrió.

I’m very sorry you felt this way about my response, but my intentions were to make it easy for you, since I felt you weren’t happy ( no matter what) being in our place. That is why I offered to reimburse your stay if you decided to leave. I don’t speak Spanish, so I use google translate and sometimes it doesn’t do a great job at translating proper intentions. As for the pot issue, unfortunately the previous tenant must have left it on the stove too long, but it was not in any way dirty. We also have a fully equipped kitchen with other replaceable pots that could be used. The table cloth, isn’t one for the tenant to use as I explained to Ignacio. We cover the washing machine in the balcony with it. And I made sure to stow it away in a hiding place, but Mr Ignacio found it :) we have two sets of table covering on the dining table and in the kitchen for tenants to use! Finally I happened to be there and made sure the two cleaning ladies that replaced our sick manager did a great job at cleaning and leaving every corner spotless before Mr Ignacio arrived. I wish you had a better experience at our place, as that is something we work hard on giving our tenants 🙏🏻

El apartamento está completamente nuevo en el centro de Estepona. Con muebles nuevos de Ikea, muy bonito. La cocina con todo lo necesario, tostadora, microondas, cafetera... También disponíamos de dos sillas de playa y una sombrilla. El apartamento muy limpio, y María, muy atenta a todo lo que necesitábamos con dos niñas. La pena fue, que el tiempo que estuvimos en Estepona había una plaga de medusas. Por lo demás, una estancia perfecta

Genial!!

El apartamento esta tal cual se ve en las fotos, todo esta bastante nuevo, los colchones comodos para dormir, esta bien situado a 5 minutos de la playa y en pleno centro de estepona, para aparcar no hay zona azul y si no encuentras hay un parking municipal por 3€ el dia. Las llaves nos las entrego Maria,una vecina todo bien con ella. No hay a/c pero no lo echamos en falta hay ventiladores en todas las habitaciones. En general quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia, por decir algo que echamos de menos un microondas siempre viene bien.

Très bon acceuil. Appartement simple, propre et avec des petits plus qui embellissent vie. En cas de questions, réponses très vite. Situé au centre de toutes les commodités, magasins, restaurants, plage etc...Je recommande.

Excellent apartment, very well equipped with everything you need. Excellent location. Toilet seat is broken and seals on shower doors are broken and need replacing to avoid having future problems. Otherwise everything perfect. Lovely helpful neighbours, Maria is no longer responsible, as she is to old and frail,.
