Perfect Condo Extra Close to PCMR Ski Resort!

Our Park City condo is located right in the middle of some of the best skiing and snowboarding in the country, as well as snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sleigh riding, walking trails, shopping, relaxing, and so much more. You can’t beat this location: half a mile from Park City Mountain Resort; four miles from Canyons Village; walking distance from a number of restaurants, shops, and stores (not to mention there are bus stops for free transit steps away for more distanced amenities); and across the street from a park that includes a sand volleyball court, ball fields, tennis courts, a playground, and a skate park. You have world-class ski runs at your fingertips—you can’t get better than this!

In warm weather, explore the many hiking and mountain biking trails, play a few holes at the Park City Golf Course, take a ride down the Alpine Slide, or enjoy countless other activities all around you.

After a day on the mountain or in the shops of one of Utah’s classiest towns, you can come “home” to this cozy condo, complete with one bedroom and one bath. It sleeps four comfortably, with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

We pride ourselves in giving you every comfort of home, including Wi-Fi, cable, a smart 4K TV, a Blu-ray player with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, and other streaming capabilities, and USB ports for device recharging. Not to be overlooked are the washer and dryer, the full kitchen that includes everything you need to make a family-style meal, and the full bath.

Guests will check themselves in by going straight to the door and entering a code in the smart lock. No need to meet up to exchange keys.

A free parking spot is provided. In the unlikely event that an unauthorized vehicle parks in our parking spot, please inform us, and we will have the vehicle removed. Our condo only has one available parking spot. Guests are responsible for finding a place to park any extra vehicles. There is sometimes street parking available nearby on the side of Shortline Road.

A portable air conditioner and fan are provided for summer months. The portable air conditioner will not cool the entire unit. We recommend using the fan in front of the bedroom window during cool parts of the day.

An interior door lock on the entry door would be a great addition. Cheap, easy, added security. Overall we enjoyed the condo. Clean and comfortable.

Alright for a stay cation

The location can’t be beat. And there are plenty of amenities in the apartment. There was a lot of noise from neighboring units so it did make it hard to sleep.

Great location! The property met our needs.

The property met our needs. It lacked adequate air flow and it was difficult to cool the apartment. The one portable A/C in the living room was not enough to cool the entire space and the bedroom was hot making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night.

Convenient Place to Stay

This apartment was in the perfect part of Park City. It was close to everything we seemed to do while visiting Park City (historic downtown, restaurants, Olympic Park, & the movies).

Efficient and easy Park City getaway

The condo was easy to find and right on some of the main streets. The place was clean with good water pressure. Overall very nice!

Affordable and Comfortable!

This condo was perfect for our weekend away. The location was ideal for recreation and was in close proximity to quality restaurants and grocery stores. The property was immaculately clean and provided all of the comforts of home. We will definitely book again for our next trip!

Stay with Matt - Snow Country Condos at Park City

Great place. Cannot beat the convenience of location. Across the street from bus stops. 5 min bus ride to Park City ski lifts and Main Street. A block away from the grocery store and ski rentals. Matt was great for accommodating requests that made our trip excellent and more comfortable.

Clean and close

Apartment was clean and in a convenient location. Easy walk to bike/ski rentals, grocery store and bus line downtown. If you prefer to walk downtown it takes about 20 minutes and is a pleasant walk. Walls are thin. Could hear the neighbors loud and clear, especially when they played their movie.

Sparkling clean!

We had a wonderful stay and the condo was sparkling clean. There were plenty of towels and amenities, and when we had to contact the owner, we always received a quick response. The washer and drier came in very handy, and they had all the supplies we needed. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have stayed in outside of my own home, we slept great! Nice quiet complex close to EVERYTHING. Would highly recommend it and we will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Perfect for our needs!

This place was the perfect "stay over" location for the 4 of us, as we navigated around Utah! Convenient, close, and clean- it hit all marks for us! The property was prepared with all one would need to make meals, watch movies, be comfortable, and get a good night's sleep, all while being minutes away from all the fun bustle of the town! The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating!! Thanks for a great stay- Highly recommended! :)

Clean and close to everything

We stay in Park City every year for about a week and have stayed at many similar listings. What sets this one apart: Clean, walking distance to everything including Main Street (or the free bus is right here too), right next to the Rail Trail for running or access to mountain bike trails. It has a washer and dryer which is something none of the other places had, all appliances are brand new, the shower has the bulk shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in case you forget yours. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Overall a comfortable stay with a comfortable bed, nice living room and updated throughout. Cons: was a little loud at times (can hear a child crying occasionally in another condo and hear when neighbors flush their toilet (the toilet has amazing water pressure!) though these are things to expect when staying in a condo. It was quiet at night which is what matters to us. Recommend this condo especially for vacationers who wish to access Park City Mountain Resort for skiing/snowboarding as it is within walking distance (again there is always the free shuttle).

Mostly, they enjoy spending time together with their children, playing outside, playing inside, and just enjoying the great life around them.

We have always wanted to own a property we could rent out and share with travelers passing through the area. As we began our search, we found a number of rentals we liked but that didn't strike us as "the one." As soon as we began searching in Park City, we fell in love with the scenery, the small-town feel but big-city opportunities, and the undeniable beauty in every direction. We knew we wanted to share that area with others. And when this condo came up on our radar, it was like the whole puzzle came together. We knew we had our spot, and we've never looked back. It's a place where we want others to stay to share this great experience we've come to love so much.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Our condo is within walking distance from Park City Mountain Resort. It is also next to free public transportation that will take you to the resort, the main shopping district, historic Main Street, and anywhere else you'd like to go in town. The main shopping district is a short drive from our location, but there are restaurants and shops within walking distance if you don't want to venture far. And the trails and outdoor activities are nearly endless from where our condo sits. It's an ideal location for any Park City visitor.
