Cozy 1st floor studio condo in the heart of Wells Beach! Incredible sunsets and 3 minute walk to the beach. Big deck on tidal river where guests can relax. BBQ for outdoor grilling and dining on the deck or porch. George Foreman appliance, fridge and two burner stove. Perfect for two adults. Futon is comfortable as well. Beach chairs included. Free parking available in #14 assigned space on property. Arcade, trolleys, boutique, old fashioned general store within 5 minute walk. Summer Breakfast place across the street on Mile Rd. Sit outside on the
porch, have a drink, read and watch the mesmerizing beautiful sunsets. Quiet and peaceful. Enjoy the deck while you BBQ, have dinner and watch the sunset. If you prefer you can enjoy your days going sightseeing in Kennebunkport, Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. Antiquing is offered along Route 1. Fishing spots on the tidal river or surf fishing on the beach is allowed. Dine out at one of the many restaurants in
the area, Billy’s Chowder House, The Steakhouse, Mike’s Clam Shack, The
Maine Diner, The Steak House and quite a few more. Scoop Deck ice cream shop is amazing anytime of day.⁷⁰

Great location to all the summer activities. Condo is comfortable and cozy. Everything you need is here. Internet, free parking spot, tub/shower, 2 burner stove top, microwave, refrigerator, AC, pots, pans, silverware, coffee pot, toaster. There is an ice machine for your use as well.
