Beautiful place! Really appreciated the coffee and other kitchen amenities (spices, air fryer, etc.). Beds were comfy, bathrooms well stocked, shelves full of games, and a fireplace with plenty of firewood. Most of all, Andrew was a great, responsive host!

Condo was great. Well equipped with everything we needed. Sauna is a nice touch. Community hot tub was not working but that was our only disappointment. Overall would recommend this property.

HOT!! Do not rent this property in the summer. Vail no longer has cool summers and even though the property had several large fans (one that didn't work, however) and we brought several desktop fans and 2 medium fans, we were very warm. The breeze does not flow through the unit and the skylights mean that the sun beats in on the unit all day. We kept all the sliding doors open and the fans running all the time. Coming back in the late afternoon, it was miserable.Other than that the unit was fine. Clean and the kitchen was well equiped for our needs.

While it has indeed been an unusually hot summer, residential air conditioning remains very uncommon across the Vail Valley due to the mountain climate. We provide multiple large fans and do our absolute best to help guests stay comfortable during the warmest weeks of the year, but we understand how frustrating the high afternoon temperatures can be. We are addressing the fan that wasn't working properly to ensure our equipment is in top shape, and we appreciate you noting that the home was otherwise clean and well-equipped. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.

Great condo, great location!

We stayed at this condo over the holiday break and it was fantastic! Great location, very clean, comfy beds, and just a cozy, warm place after skiing or being outside. We’ll definitely be back!

Loved it!

This place was perfect for an adult family of 4. So close to Beaver Creek resort. Very comfortable and the view is awesome.

Great location

We stayed three nights and loved the location and the view of the river from the deck. Communication with the owner was very easy. We would return.

Peaceful

We had a lovely, quiet stay here. The condo was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the river view. Location was close to everything needed, yet not in the middle of bustling activity.

Good location near Vail and BC

Close to Vail and Beaver Creek, comfortable for a family to stay. Hardwood floor is nice, but the carpet could have been replaced.

Peaceful and Ideally Located

My husband, 15 year old son, and I loved our stay here. It was just close enough to Vail, retail centers, restaurants, etc., while distanced enough to feel like a serene retreat. We loved the river sounds and balcony view. A perfectly accommodating "base camp" for many wonderful adventures in the region!

Scenic location with convenient access

This property was great for our weekend retreat. The location next to the river provided a nice view from the balcony. Well appointed with covered parking and easy access to restaurants, shops, hiking, and scenic drives. Looking forward to a winter stay with easy access to the slopes.

Nice Place

Great location right above the lake. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend if you are looking for a place by the water.
